Got shoes
I bought these really cool shoes but I still haven't received them! I've been waiting for days now and no one is helping me out. I even opened a case but I still haven't gotten my shoes or a refund. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from this place.

Next day delivery
I bought something online recently and chose the next day delivery. It turned out to be a complete disaster. At first, I got an email saying my stuff would arrive the next day, which was excellent. But then, a few hours later, I got another email saying there was a mistake with no other details. I tried getting in touch through email, messages, and even Instagram, but got no reply. It took 5 whole days before I heard from the delivery company, not even Allsole, about when my order would arrive.
Wrong sandal sent
I had a bit of a nightmare situation with AllSole when they sent me the wrong sandals. I got in touch with their live chat support, and they told me to send back the wrong pair and show proof of return through a courier provided by AllSole. They promised me the right sandals would be sent to me the next day. I followed their instructions to the letter, even snapping screenshots of our chat for backup. But despite all my efforts, the correct sandals still haven't turned up. Their customer service has been a real let-down, taking more than 24 hours to reply and keep asking for photos that I've already sent. It's incredibly frustrating that they don't have a phone number to call. Right now, they have my money and the wrong sandals, and I'm totally fed up. Overall, my experience with AllSole has been a total let-down, and I won't be using them again.
Defected trainers
I am really disappointed with the customer service I received recently. I bought a pair of trainers for my holiday, but they had a defect in the material when they arrived. I got in touch with the company, and they said they needed to speak to their product specialist team and would get back to me in 3-5 days. It's been nearly 2 weeks now, and I still haven't heard anything back. It shouldn't be this hard to return a faulty item! After seeing other reviews with similar problems, I'm starting to worry that this won't be sorted out anytime soon. I'll keep you updated on how this frustrating situation unfolds.
Bought shoes for holiday
I got these shoes for my granddaughter for our holiday, thinking they'd come in time. They actually arrived quite fast, but turns out they were too big for her. I tried to send them back, but there was no returns label in the box, no order number on the website, and my email wasn't recognised. I tried calling customer service, but couldn't reach anyone. Now I'm left with oversized shoes and a sad granddaughter. It's just so frustrating and not okay at all.
SHOES
This company are a JOKE. I sent back a pair of shoes after having them on my feet for 5 minutes at the most - they were sent back to them via courier the day after I received them. They waited for 2 weeks to tell me they were unfit to be accepted to be returned and wont refund my money. I have been in correspondence with them and have asked for photographs of the shoes as they were received as I want to know what the issue is (to note they kindly sent them back to me - 2 weeks after I sent them back) for the last 7 days and they have not sent these to me. Given that I have the perfectly good shoes back with me as they kindly sent them back! I am intrigued to see what the issue is! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Thank God I brought them on my credit card as I can now get them to claw back the money (£120 so not a small amount) Totally ... service from start to finish and as for the customer service, they cant even read the thread of an email correspondence so don't bother trying to get anything done via them!
