Unfortunately I have to complain about the delivery service of this company. On May 16 I bought a pair of shoes in this store this should have been delivered to Ukraine. I’ve checked before ordering, the info on their website insured me that international shipping is not an issue for them. According to info I’ve received from the store it had to be delivered between May 28 and June 11, but the shipment didn't arrive.
Also I couldn't see exactly where my shoes are located, since I didn't have access to see these details on the FedEx website. So i am also questioning the choice of the store to offer untraceable delivery. At the moment of the checkout I did not pay attention to the delivery options (my fault) but I sincerely think that this should not be offered especially for international deliveries. The Allsole representative answered: "Unfortunately, it does not seem that this was arranged to be sent via a tracked service therefore I cannot provide you with any relevant tracking updates." They also added that they will start investigating where my package is located directly with the delivery service FedEx. To do this I needed to fill out a DOR document. While I was waiting for a couple of days for a response from the manager, I decided to email directly to the FedEX support service on my own to speed up the process. Here's what they answered. "Good afternoon, Anna. The parcel was not picked up by a FedEx courier. The parcel is not in transit. The sender must be contacted. Thanks."
Allsole managers replied that they are very sorry, but they do not know where my package is. Also added that I can make a refund or choose other shoes since these are no longer in stock. I replied that I needed a refund and asked when to expect it. More than 48 hours have passed since the last letter from the AllSole manager and I still have not received an answer and money.
Words can’t describe how upset I am because this package was very important to me since there were my WEDDING shoes. They were out of stock almost everywhere. I really had my hopes up high for this store, which I regret now. I just lost my time. I made an order so early on purpose because on July 3rd they should have been with me. But everything turned out the worst way and I cannot make my dream wedding look come true.
I hope that the money will be returned to me as soon as possible. And hope that refund is arranged ASAP.
I recommend to avoid this store especially if some important event is coming up. Now I am out of shoes and my money. Watch out and save yourself some time
