High quality
In simple statement Asics is an outstanding brand of foot wares for training all over the world. I have used this brand for a while now and it is serving me well and has never disappointed me but has enhanced my training ability. I found the product to be very cheap compared to the quality it has offered me so many years now. What thrills me again is their business strategy that ensures customers doesn’t find it hard to buy their products. They have so many beautiful and quality foot wares in their official website that one can choose from and all of them bear a tag with an affordable price on them compared to their quality. Asics company made their marketing site to be so unique and most of all user friendly that I never found it hard to make use of it. When a friend recommended me to visit Asics site to buy from them, and I did because of the assurance I got from him. I never found it difficult to make some selections of the kind of foot wares I want to buy that would enhance my training. I must say that it was very easy for me to make use of their site and place order for the selected trainer that I wanted. And it was also possible for me to be able to track my order. I really commend them for the great work they have put in place in order for their customers to be satisfied; because while I was tracking my order, their customers’ service were always there to give me all the necessary information that I needed. I must attest also to the fact that they do business with honesty, because my order was delivered to me at the right time the company said it would. With all these services that I have gotten from them, I have to advice all but more especially my friends – not minding your gender, to go and get all that you need to enhance your training activities. I am enjoying – all kudos to them. I will continue to use your brand in all my sporting equipment because I love the one that I have already gotten from you. I recommend you any day and any time.
New shoes with durability issues
I bought a new pair of shoes from your shop not long ago, and I'm really let down by what I've found. Even though they're less than a year old, one of the shoes already has a hole and both are looking worse for wear. I've only been walking in them on pavements and roads, so I thought they'd stay in better shape for longer. When I got in touch with customer service to ask for a replacement, they said no because it's just "normal wear and tear." I'm not happy with how quickly these shoes have fallen apart, and I expected better quality from your brand.
Two pairs of trainers
I recently bought two pairs of trainers from the shop. Ordering them was easy and quick, and I got confirmation of my order straight away. However, when the package turned up, it was damaged, and one pair of trainers was missing. Despite this problem, the customer service team was really helpful in sorting it out. They looked into it properly and gave me a full refund, which I was really happy about. Overall, I was pleased with the customer service, but maybe they could think about using a different delivery company next time to prevent things like this happening again.
Recent order delivery and return
I recently bought some things online and the delivery driver sent me a text to tell me when my package would arrive. It was really useful to have an idea of when it would come. I said I wouldn't be at home and asked them to leave it with my neighbours, but they just left it down the road instead. A bit cheeky, if you ask me. But never mind, at least I eventually got my things. The virtual assistant made it easy for me to return one of the items, so that was a piece of cake.
Running shoes purchase
I recently bought a pair of running shoes online because I had seen great reviews on a sports shoe website. Sadly, the shoes turned out to be a big letdown. They felt fine when I first tried them on inside, but when I actually went for a run in them, it was a disaster. The lack of cushioning made every step painful, and my feet kept slipping and sliding in the tight front of the shoe. This caused a lot of pain in three of my toes on one foot. I tried different things, like using a shoe stretcher to widen the front of the shoe, but nothing made them comfortable enough for running. So now, I only wear them for short walks with my dog to try and get some use out of them.
Nimbus Gel 26
I treated myself to a pair of Nimbus Gel 26 trainers a couple of months ago, spending £180. Supposedly, these shoes were the answer to my plantar fasciitis troubles. Yet, after using them for just a short time on walks, I noticed a hole in the fabric and loose threads at the heels. I mean, really? For that price, I expected better quality. When I tried to contact customer service, it was pointless. The product claims website wouldn't even let me upload photos of the damage, so I had to submit my complaint without visual proof. And surprise, surprise, I haven't heard anything back from them. What terrible service! Needless to say, I won't be recommending these trainers to anyone. And to those brushing off these issues as 'normal wear and tear,' shame on you.
Stylish and high-quality shoes
I've recently been really interested in the products from this company. After looking into it a bit more, I found out that their shoes are just as stylish as others, so I decided to buy a pair. I have to admit, I'm really happy with my choice because the shoes are top-notch quality and super comfy for both walking and running. I would definitely suggest them to anyone wanting some reliable and stylish footwear.
ASICS Nimbus shoes
I'm really let down by the quality of the ASICS Nimbus shoes I bought. In less than 3 months of wearing them, a hole has popped up in the toe of the shoe, something that's never happened with any other sports shoes I've owned. I was hoping for more durability from a well-known brand like ASICS.
Shoes falling apart after first wear
I am really disappointed with the shoes I bought recently. I wore them only once, and already the sole is coming away and the stitching is starting to come undone. I thought I could rely on this brand for good quality and durability.

I ordered some shoes, yeah? I was told I could return them if they didn't fit. But then, when I tried to return them, it was only possible at one specific store, not all the places they mentioned on their website. And on top of that, they charged me a restocking fee. Like, seriously? So frustrating. I'm completely finished with this brand.

I bought some running shoes online and honestly, it was a complete nightmare. I haven't received my shoes, no one is giving me any updates, and my emails and calls are being ignored. It feels like they just took my money and disappeared.
GlideRide running shoes
I bought the GlideRide running shoes from the company's website, thinking they'd fit as per the sizing tool's suggestion. But, they turned out to be too small. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me I'd have to pay $4.99 for the return label because of the sizing tool mistake. And, to make it worse, they said I couldn't use the first-time purchase discount anymore.
Order of trainers
I bought a pair of trainers about a month ago and they still haven't arrived. I've emailed several times asking about my order but haven't heard back. I even contacted the delivery company and they confirmed it hasn't been delivered. Dealing with both companies has been a complete nightmare. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.
Tennis shoes for my son
I bought my son some tennis shoes, but they got messed up pretty quick. I tried to contact the store for help, but they didn't even bother getting back to me. I even sent them an email, but still no help. The shoes weren't great and the service was just as bad.

What a nightmare it was dealing with this company. I placed an order but my items never showed up. Yodel wasn't much help at all - they just said to get in touch with the company. I tried everything to reach out to them - emails, calls, even social media - but never got a response. It feels like they couldn't care less about their customers once they've got your money. I'd advise steering clear of them at all costs.

I bought some trainers from this website because they had my size. Unfortunately, they arrived too small. Couldn't return them because they were already on sale. Pretty annoying, right?
