    Mattress purchase

    I recently bought a new mattress and had a problem with the delivery company losing my order. However, when I got in touch with customer service at the company, I was really impressed by how helpful they were. A guy named Luke sorted out my issue quickly and efficiently. He arranged for another mattress to be sent out straight away with express delivery, and it arrived today. I'm really grateful for the great service from Aspire in fixing the problem so quickly. This whole thing showed me that this company really cares about its customers and puts them first. Thanks a lot, Aspire, for your fantastic customer service.

    Aspire were absolutely amazing! I recently purchased a mattress from them and it was of such high quality. Initially, I tried to order from a different company, but they sourced their mattresses from Aspire, so I went directly to them. The delivery was incredibly fast, arriving in just 4 days, which was impressive. The mattress itself was incredibly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I truly wish all businesses operated as smoothly as Aspire, they definitely know how to look after their customers. A massive thank you to Aspire for such a wonderful experience!

    King size ottoman bed

    I bought a king size ottoman bed from this company recently and unfortunately, one of the boxes had the wrong parts. At first, I was let down by the customer service from the company I bought it from. But then Aspire got involved and things got sorted out much faster than I thought. It was great to see them dealing with the problem so well. The bed is really good quality, and there's loads of space for storage underneath which is handy. I'm happy with my purchase overall and wouldn't hesitate to tell a friend to check out Aspire.

    Small mattress mistake

    I made a bit of a mistake and ordered a small mattress by accident, but luckily Luke Painter from customer service was really understanding and helpful. Even though I find it tricky to communicate because of my aphasia, Luke was super patient and helped me reorder a bigger mattress that was just right for me. I really liked how kind and caring the staff at Aspire were, it made the whole shopping process a lot easier and less stressful for me. All in all, I'm happy with the service I got and the mattress I ended up with.

Well, let me tell you, they were incredibly fast and gave me all the assistance I required without any hassle. Luke, the guy helping me out, was an absolute gem - really friendly and knew his stuff.     I got a mattress from this place and it was brilliant. I had actually tried to order from a different company but they were no good. Then I spoke to Lyndon from this place and he was fantastic.     4ft bed frame purchase

    I've finally found what I was looking for after being disappointed by high street stores. Aspire Beds had exactly what I needed, so I took a chance and placed an order. The bed arrived on time, the communication throughout was great, and even the delivery guys were fantastic. Putting the bed together was easy thanks to the clear instructions.     I came across this website when I was looking for a bed and mattress for my spare room.     Charity mattress purchase

    I bought a mattress for a lady in need through a charity I'm involved with. But, I made a mistake and got a single mattress instead of a double. When I got in touch with Aspire to explain, they didn't just refund the money to our charity without any fuss, they also suggested giving the mattress to another person in need.     Ottoman bed purchase

    I recently bought an ottoman bed, but unfortunately, when it arrived there were 4 missing parts. I got in touch with customer service on the 25th of October, but even though they promised, the missing parts still haven't been delivered as of the 1st of November. This has left me sleeping on the floor while I wait for the parts to turn up. It's really frustrating to be stuck in this situation, especially when it feels like there's no end in sight. The back and forth between the retailer and the manufacturer just makes things more confusing and it doesn't seem like there's any resolution in sight. Despite the apologies from customer service, the lack of actual action to fix the problem is really disappointing.

    I just wanted to give a big thank you to the person who helped me with getting my new bed pistons sorted. They arrived right on time, and now I can easily access the area under the bed. The service I got was absolutely fantastic, couldn't fault it at all!

    Ottoman velvet bed and orthopedic mattress purchase

    The ottoman velvet bed from Aspire was alright, but the orthopedic mattress was a real letdown. It's supposed to be firm and good for your back, but it didn't give me the support I needed. I could feel the springs and it was so noisy, like a kid's trampoline. I tried talking to the retailer about it, but they wouldn't do anything about it. I'm really unhappy with the whole thing.

    Superking bed purchase

    I bought a superking bed that lifts from the side. The price was great and the delivery was a bit delayed, but the couriers were friendly. It was a bit of a challenge to assemble because the instructions were a bit confusing. The only issue is that the ottoman didn't have boards inside like my old bed, just tight fabric. However, it still looks fantastic and I'm really pleased with it!

    I recently bought a bed for my son from this company, but it's been a huge let down. They told me when the bed would arrive, but it never showed up. They didn't even try to get in touch - no missed calls, texts, emails, or notes at the door. When I called on Monday, they didn't apologise and just gave me another delivery date for Tuesday, which also came and went with no bed. This kept happening all week, with broken promises each time. The company kept blaming the courier service and never took responsibility for the delays. It was really shocking how little they seemed to care about the customer. In the end, I never got the bed and I'd suggest to others to pay a bit more and buy from a company that keeps their word.

    My time at that store was just terrible. I bought a mattress on a special offer, but it was a total disaster. It was nothing like what they said - all rolled up, noisy springs, not firm at all, and it messed up my back. When I asked for a better mattress like the one they advertised, they wouldn't help at all. They don't seem to care about customers; all they care about is pushing their bad products.

    I bought this bed that looked really nice and seemed like it was handcrafted. But I had a bit of trouble with the delivery by Arrow XL. When the bed finally turned up, there was a part missing. Thankfully, a lovely lady called Sarah from Aspire UK was super helpful and quickly sent out the missing piece.
