I've been a loyal customer of Beauty Outlet for quite a while now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with their great service and fast delivery times. Eyeshadow palette and mascara
I first ordered an eyeshadow palette and mascara from this store, and I was really looking forward to trying them out. However, when my parcel arrived, I found that the eyeshadow palette was completely smashed and the mascara was a different brand! I was really let down and annoyed. When I tried to get in touch with their customer service, they were not very helpful. They told me I could send the items back, but I would have to cover the shipping costs, which I don't think is fair. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me.

I went to Beauty Outlet the other day and I have to say, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The staff really went out of their way to help me with any problems I had with my order, which you don't see often nowadays. Even though I had a couple of issues with what I bought, they were sorted out quickly and effectively, so I left feeling really happy with my shopping trip. I also liked that they recycled their boxes, it just shows they're serious about being eco-friendly.
lipstick
So, the other day I went and picked up a lipstick from the beauty outlet, and guess what? It turns out that lipstick was nearly 6 YEARS OLD! Can you believe it? I mean, gross! Who wants to smear something on their face that's almost as old as me?! I did some digging about how to check the expiration date of makeup, and I was shook when I found out how ancient my lipstick was. No wonder it smelled off! Anyway, I got in touch with Beauty Outlet, and they responded quickly and gave me a refund, which was kind of them. But seriously, why are they stocking products that ancient in their store? They really should be more careful about that. And it's not just their fault, you know! I reckon the government should make it a rule for makeup companies to label their products with expiration dates. That way, we won't accidentally buy stuff that's older than the dinosaurs!

I recently bought a nail polish from Beauty Outlet and I was really happy with the whole experience. The prices were good and the delivery was quick. Sadly, the bottle came broken, but their customer service was fantastic and they sorted it out fast and sent me a replacement. Beauty SalonPro Luscious Locks Curl Spray
I've bought stuff from this shop before and it was usually good, but my most recent purchase didn't quite hit the mark. I decided to try out the Beauty SalonPro Luscious Locks Curl Spray because it was on sale and the description sounded good. Turns out, though, that it's actually specifically for curly hair, not straight hair like mine. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't give me a return label and said I should've noticed from the product title in the picture. I was pretty disappointed in their attitude towards the whole situation - I felt like they didn't really care about me as a customer. Their customer service really let me down this time.
