Skater wide leg jeans for daughter
My daughter struggles with sensory issues, so we've been on a mission to find the perfect jeans for her with no luck from other brands. However, these skater wide leg jeans were a real game-changer! They fit her like a dream and are true to size. They don't cling too much to her hips, which is exactly what she wanted. It's almost like they were made just for her. As a mum who was really struggling to find the right pair, I highly recommend this product. This was our first time buying from here, but I'll definitely be getting more if they're all as good as this. Ordering was simple, and the delivery with Royal Mail was quick. All in all, a fantastic experience.
White tube crop top and green cotton slim fit dress
I recently bought a white tube crop top and a green cotton slim fit dress for the summer, and I have to say I'm really happy with what I got. The dress fits me beautifully and looks great, especially from the back. The fabric is comfy and perfect for when it's hot outside. However, I wasn't too thrilled with the white tube crop top as I prefer natural materials like cotton, and I would have preferred if it wasn't made from polyester. Nevertheless, I thought the prices were good, and my order arrived surprisingly quickly. All in all, I'm pretty chuffed with my shopping experience.
Clothing delivery
I bought some clothes from this company recently, and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole experience. The clothes came on time and were neatly packed, making the shopping experience even better. What really stood out to me was how the clothes looked even better in person compared to the shop because they were almost brand new. I really value that attention to detail and quality as a customer. I'm really happy with my purchase overall and will definitely shop here again in the future.
My cute shoes
I received my adorable shoes really quickly after ordering them online. They didn't come in a box, but that's fine, who actually needs a box, right? I would have just thrown it away anyway. However, I was quite disappointed because they forgot to include the keychain. The shoes are really nice and there aren't any issues with them, but I was really looking forward to that keychain.
T-shirt purchase
I ordered a t-shirt but got sent the wrong one. I tried to get help from customer service using the chatbot, but it was really unhelpful. They basically said if I reordered, I might get the wrong item again. Come on, Bershka, please just make sure you label things properly!
Summer clothes purchase
I've recently bought some summer clothes, like jeans shorts and linen pants, and I'm really happy with them! The sizes fit me perfectly and they make me feel really confident. I ordered them over the weekend and they arrived by Tuesday, which was great. I definitely recommend checking out their stuff, especially because it's so reasonably priced.
Lightweight jacket for my daughter
I ordered a nice lightweight jacket for my daughter on the app and chose to pick it up in-store. They let me know quickly when the jacket was back in stock, and I got it within 5 days. It was a smooth and fast process, I didn't have to wait at all at the store when I showed the QR code for my order. The customer service was top-notch, couldn't be happier with how things went.
Good selection but website is slow and confusing
I bought something from this shop recently, and I must say, they have a really good range of items to choose from. However, I did find their website to be quite slow and difficult to use. It's been a problem for a while now and really should be looked into because it just makes shopping there annoying and takes up a lot of time.
Necklace
The necklace I bought was really good quality and came sooner than I thought, which was a nice surprise. However, it didn't have the pendant that was supposed to come with it, as mentioned in the description. It was a bit disappointing as I was excited about getting the whole set together.
Black belt
I received this black belt and it's absolutely amazing! It arrived way earlier than I expected, three days before I thought it would. The quality is fantastic and it fits perfectly. I'm really excited to purchase more items from them in the future!
Recent online purchase
I recently bought some clothes online and was pretty happy with what I got. They fitted nicely and looked good on me, just like I hoped. The quality was alright considering how much I paid, and I thought they were worth the money. But, I did have a bit of trouble with returning some items. Trying to send things back online was a bit difficult, and I wish it was easier, especially on the app. Sadly, my last order had a problem - the pocket on the shorts was sewn onto the wrong side of the trousers, so I couldn't wear them at all.
Clothes, fast delivery but bad delivery service
I recently bought some clothes and they were really cool. They arrived super quick, which was great! Unfortunately, the delivery service called "spedex" messed up big time. They were so slow and rude! I really hope they change to a better delivery service because I don't want to deal with them again.
Birthday gifts for daughter
I bought some things for my daughter's birthday from this website. The products were good quality and I was pleased with my purchase. The only problem I had was with the delivery time. Sadly, the items arrived 10 days after I ordered them, which was disappointing because they were meant to be gifts for her birthday. Because of this delay, they got to her three days after her birthday, which was irritating.
Split delivery
The clothes are fine, but the delivery service is a complete nightmare. I got my order in two parts, but only got one tracking number. So when the first part arrived, I had no idea when to expect the rest, which had most of my stuff in it. It's so frustrating not knowing when I'm getting my order that I've already paid for. It's just really irritating!

Click and collect order
I recently placed an order online to collect in-store later on, and was told it would be ready after 4 hours. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my order wasn't ready and was advised to check the app for an updated time. After waiting for 2 days, the status still showed "processing". Eventually, I received an email stating that all items were out of stock and my order was cancelled. Strangely, when I checked the app again, all the items were still in stock at the store. I definitely would not recommend this service.
Late Birthday Skirt
I'm torn between what's more upsetting - not being there for my daughter's birthday or getting a skirt I splurged on for delivery on time, only for it to arrive late. I can't even judge the quality of the skirt because I haven't even had a chance to see it yet. It's really disappointing and annoying that a straightforward order couldn't make it to me on time, especially when I shelled out extra for express delivery. The fact that there's been no communication about the delay just adds insult to injury. I won't be making any future orders from this place, that's for sure.
Broken Boots for Important Event
I bought a pair of boots for a big event this weekend, but they arrived broken. And to make matters worse, I have to foot the bill for their return. The service is just completely absurd and really disappointing.
Two items returned in one package
In my recent experience with the store, I made a mistake by sending back two items from different orders in one package to make it easier. But that simple choice caused a lot of hassle when Bershka said they only got one item. I showed them evidence of what I sent, but they still made me feel like I'd been done out of something and let down by how they dealt with it. From now on, I'll be more careful when dealing with this store again.
