Roller blinds
The roller blinds I bought arrived really quickly, even earlier than I thought they would. They look fantastic in my home and are really good quality. However, I wasn't too happy with the installation instructions that came with them. They were quite basic and didn't have enough detailed pictures and explanations. This made it a bit tricky during the installation, as I wasn't sure how far the brackets should be from the wall and the end of the blind. So, I ended up initially putting the brackets in the wrong place, which was frustrating and took extra time to fix. In general, I'm happy with the blinds themselves but think that better instructions would make it much easier for customers to install them.
Self-measured and installed blinds

Blackout blinds
So, I ordered these blackout blinds, and would you believe it, they never arrived! What's the deal with that, right? I had to get in touch with them and they were all apologetic, saying it was a labelling problem and promising to send them again. But did they? Nope, not a chance! After numerous calls and emails, they eventually refunded me, but get this - they took off £10 as a "goodwill" gesture. Ridiculous, I know. Plus, each time I spoke to someone, they gave me a different explanation. Honestly, do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company at all costs.

I'm extremely let down by the service I got from this company. I placed an order for blinds three weeks ago and have been patiently waiting for the right ones to arrive. But when they did eventually turn up, they were the wrong sizes. To top it off, when I mentioned this problem, they had the nerve to say it was my own fault. How could it be my fault that they messed up the measurements? I even took out insurance to cover any mistakes, including theirs. I'm still waiting for the right blinds to arrive, and the whole thing has just been a big joke.
