My wife managed to persuade me to splash out on a snazzy winter coat from the Fire+Ice range when we were in Zermatt on the 22nd of December 2022. Unfortunately, not even two months later, the main zip (brand Ideal) on the coat packed in, leaving me unable to open or close it. I tried getting in touch with the customer service team at the brand, but after sending two emails, all I got was a robotic response. I waited weeks for progress, but when nothing happened, I decided to give them a ring. To my dismay, they told me it would take "6 to 8 weeks to get a response" because they were so busy. This level of service was definitely not what I was expecting from a fancy clothing provider.
Ski pants purchase
I bought a pair of ski pants from this shop recently and at first, I was really happy with them. However, after wearing them only a few times, I noticed that a seam was coming undone. I got in touch with customer service on February 6th and got an email back straight away saying that I was a valued customer. But, when I didn't hear anything by February 9th, I decided to reach out again. Finally, on February 10th, I got some advice. I followed it on February 11th, but now it's February 21st and I still haven't heard anything else. It's disappointing that they haven't followed through, especially since I paid a lot for the pants.
Callie jacket quality
I bought a Callie jacket not long ago and was quite surprised to discover a tear in it after only wearing it once. I tried to get in touch with customer service in both the US and Europe, but I haven't heard anything back despite sending photos of the problem. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of quality checking and customer service, particularly given the expensive price of the product. After seeing other reviews with the same problem, I don't think I'll chance buying from this brand again.
Winter boots
I bought a pair of winter boots from a store in Berlin not long ago and honestly, I'm really let down. The boots are just not good quality at all - they literally fell apart after only one day of wearing them! I can't believe it. And the worst part is, I can't even bring them back because I'm going to be away from the country for a bit. So disappointing. I definitely won't be going back to that store again.
Ski jacket purchase with faulty zipper
The ordering process was easy and my delivery came quickly. However, when I got my 1500€ ski jacket, I was let down to see that the zipper was broken. I thought that as a customer buying something expensive from a well-known brand, the quality would be better controlled.
Ski wear purchase
I've just bought some ski gear from that shop and I'm pretty happy with how it all went. Ordering was easy and my stuff turned up on time. The ski gear itself is top quality, keeping me cosy and looking good on the slopes. I had to send a couple of things back because they didn't fit right, but getting my money back was no bother and it was done quickly.
Ski gear purchase
I recently bought some ski gear from your company, but I've been really let down by the customer service. It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't got any updates or received the stuff I bought. Every time I contacted your customer service team, they gave me a different excuse for the delay, from technical problems to a supposed hack of the system. This lack of communication and honesty is really unprofessional. I'm feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I've been given.
Mum's birthday jackets
I got my mum two jackets for her birthday, so she could choose one she liked best. I had to send the other one back, which I wasn't keen on, but I did it in the end. The quality was top-notch, just as I expected from that particular store. The customer service was fantastic as well. The delivery was lightning fast, they kept me informed throughout, the returns process was simple, and I got my refund promptly. I'm truly satisfied with their service!
Vest purchased online
I bought a vest online not long ago, but sadly it got lost during delivery. I decided to contact customer service for help, but the head of their team didn't give me helpful or satisfactory responses. This whole situation has made me feel really frustrated and let down by the lack of support from the company.
Life-saving purchase
I was in a real emergency and needed help quickly. Luckily, I found this store and they really saved the day. The service was fantastic and I can't thank them enough for their fast and efficient help.
Jeans with ripped belt loop
I bought a pair of jeans a few months back from this shop, but sadly, one of the belt loops got ripped. I've been trying to sort this out for ages now! They keep saying to send it back, then they claim it's with the correct team, and then they mention that it's being examined. I feel like I'm going round in circles! It's really getting on my nerves and all I want is for my jeans to be repaired or swapped for a new pair!
Apparel and accessories
I got some stuff from this company and it was pretty good quality, did what I expected. The customer service, though, was a letdown. The people working there weren't very helpful, seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, and even were a bit rude sometimes. And to top it off, half of my things turned up late or all battered, which was annoying. The website wasn't that easy to use either, so shopping there wasn't as nice as it could have been.
Tops purchased with colour running issue
I bought some tops from here not long ago and they looked really nice. However, I was a bit gutted to see that the black dye had run onto the white fabric under the armpits after just a few hours of wearing them. I'm really hoping that this doesn't happen with my other tops when I wear them out.
Limited payment options available
I was really gutted to find out that the online shop only accepts Ratepay for payments. Honestly, Ratepay is just the worst when it comes to paying for stuff on an invoice right now. Because of this, I won't be buying anything else from this retailer in the future. It would be so helpful if they made it super obvious at checkout that Ratepay is the only option, so customers can decide upfront without getting annoyed and ditching their shopping cart.
Bought some clothes
The clothes were alright, but the delivery and customer service were terrible. They take forever to reply to emails, don't give any indication of when things will arrive, and their customer service agents can't speak English properly. It's just not good enough!
Super fast delivery, perfect fit jacket, smooth payment process, lovely online shop
Oh my gosh, I just had to share my experience because I was really nervous about ordering from here due to all the negative reviews. But I decided to take the plunge anyway and I'm thrilled that I did! The jacket I ordered arrived within 5-6 days and it is honestly such good quality, fits perfectly. I used Ratepay to make my payment and received confirmation within 2-3 days that it had gone through. Everything went smoothly and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you so much!
Overpriced purchases, shady discounts
Bogner has really deteriorated over time. We used to be loyal customers, but now our orders always let us down. The discounts and vouchers from promotions never seem to work properly. It feels like Bogner is trying to cheat us out of our money with dodgy maths. And their "technical issues" with payment methods? Forget about it. They conveniently forget to tell us that Amex isn't working due to mysterious technical problems.
