Mattress purchase
I purchased a mattress from that company and initially it felt like sleeping on a cloud. However, after less than two years, it became lumpy and caused me back pain every morning. When I attempted to use the warranty, I discovered that the company had gone out of business and couldn't assist me. It just isn't right!
Elite medium/firm mattress
I bought the Elite medium/firm mattress from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, I am really let down by the quality of it. After only two years of use, there are big dents on the side I sleep on, even though I've tried rotating it several times. It's worrying that a mattress that costs this much would wear out so fast, especially when my last mattress from a different brand lasted me 13 years perfectly fine. The medium/firm support that was advertised has somehow turned into what feels like a lump, and it's really uncomfortable to sleep on now.
Mattress purchase
Watch out for this company! I bought a mattress from them and it was a total disaster. The quality was really bad - the side collapsed quickly. I tried to contact them for help, but I just kept getting excuses and couldn't get a proper solution. And to top it off, only 5 months later, they went out of business. It's shocking how they could vanish like that, leaving us customers with faulty products. Stay away from them!
Elite mattress purchase
I bought the Elite mattress a couple of years back at a decent price, and it's been really comfy ever since. But, the cover hasn't held up too well - it tore a bit when I tried to move it using the handles, and the seam unravelled. Sadly, the old company has shut down, and the new one won't stick to the 10-year warranty, so I've had to take matters into my own hands and mend it with my sewing machine. It's a shame to have to do this with a supposedly top-of-the-line product.
Mattress purchase - Sagged after 1 year
I bought a mattress about a year ago and now there's a big dip on my side. The company went out of business but started up again with a similar name. They won't honour the warranty so I'll have to buy from a more reliable company. I suggest steering clear of this company - their products are subpar and their practices are sketchy.
Bed purchase
The bed I bought turned out to be a total waste of money. After less than two years, it started showing signs of wear and tear that made it not fit for purpose. When I tried to get a refund, I was shocked to hear that the company had gone into liquidation. I not only lost the money I spent on the bed but also lost the chance to get a refund due to their 120-day policy. It's frustrating to see a company act so dishonestly, leaving customers in the lurch with a poor-quality product that doesn't last. I can only imagine they will do the same thing again in the future, leaving more customers out of pocket. Save yourself the hassle and money by steering clear of this company unless you want to face the same disappointing result.
Mattress purchase
I recently bought a new mattress that was advertised as being really supportive with multiple layers, but it's actually so soft that it feels like I'm sleeping on a marshmallow. My dad has a skin condition, and ever since we got the new mattress, he's been sweating a lot and itching like crazy. When we stay in hotels, everything is fine, but at home, it feels like a sauna. And to top it off, the company we bought it from has disappeared and some other company has taken over, but they don't seem to care about resolving any issues. Seems pretty dodgy to me, to be honest.
Bed and bedding purchase
We had such a terrible experience with this company. We bought a bed and bedding, but then they went bust and ran off with our £2,000. We've been waiting for a year now and still haven't gotten what we paid for. It's been impossible to get any straight answers or information from them. Every time we tried to get in touch, they just gave us false hope that our bed was coming soon. Unfortunately, we didn't use our credit card for this purchase, so we can't even try to get our cash back. We won't be making that mistake again, and we certainly won't trust this company ever again.
