exciting experience shopping from Peony
Mike and I were expecting our first child and as a first-time mum, I needed to get every essential baby items I could lay my hands on. During one of my antenatal days, one of the nursing mothers told me I should ensure I get s pushchair and a car seat because they always come in handy. so I went online to check it out and where I could get one of high quality and affordable too. After much consideration, after going through all the options I was given, I decided to shop from Bugaboo. I placed an order for a pushchair and a car seat. It was delivered to me within a few days and for free. I am satisfied with their products and will shop from them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Bugaboo to anyone looking to buy pushchairs and other baby essentoials.
Refurbished stroller purchase
I recently bought a refurbished stroller and it turned out to be absolutely amazing. Even though it was marked as refurbished, I couldn't find any signs of it ever being used before. Every part of it looked like it was brand new, right from the frame down to the wheels. I couldn't spot a single scratch or any wear and tear. It was really a great bargain as I saved money and still got a top-notch stroller for my little one. I'm really impressed with how good the stroller is and the overall value that it offers.

Bugaboo Dragonfly pram purchase
I recently bought a Bugaboo Dragonfly pram online and I must say, I was really pleased with how quickly it arrived. The design is top-notch, especially the feature that allows you to fold the bassinet along with the chassis, making it super easy to transport. I managed to fit it perfectly into the boot of my Fiat 500, which was a huge bonus for me. High performance sleeping bag, lightweight frame, missing peep hole addition
I recently bought a really good sleeping bag and a Donkey. They arrived pretty quickly and were packaged up really well. My kid is totally chuffed with the sleeping bag and can't wait to get snuggled up in it each night. The little peep hole in the canopy is a fab extra that our old travel system didn't have. The Donkey's frame feels strong but light at the same time, so it's easy to zip around with.

I recently had to order a new rain cover for my pram because I noticed it was missing after my baby arrived. I decided to email the company about it and got a quick reply from a lovely customer service rep named Ledina. She sorted everything out in no time and sent me a replacement rain cover without any extra charges. I was really impressed by how smoothly they handled the situation and how fast they were at responding to my messages. All in all, it was top-notch service!
Helpful customer service desk
I recently had to deal with the customer service team and they were really helpful. They knew a lot and went out of their way to help me with my questions. It was a bit annoying though to find out they use DHL for deliveries, as I've had problems with them before. Also, the packing and sending of my products had some issues which was frustrating. Overall, I'd have given them a 5-star rating if not for these problems.
Luxury stroller purchase
I bought a fancy stroller recently and everything went really smoothly. At first, I picked one model but then I changed my mind and switched to a different one, and it was no trouble at all. The customer service was excellent and I had a positive experience overall. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the parasol mentioned in the description wasn't actually included with the stroller.

I reckon it would have been handy if they had mentioned on the website that it's not suitable for older models. Nonetheless, the actual product was top-notch and it arrived swiftly. I had to get a new brake cable for our pram and I found it quickly on the website. The delivery was fast, and the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Putting it on was a piece of cake, I managed to do it myself without any problems, even though the brake is such a crucial part!
Needed a summer canopy for the stroller as baby gets hot
I was really let down by the summer canopy I bought. It was so flimsy and just wouldn't stay open properly. I had to fully unzip the extra bit at the back just to try and keep it open, which was a right pain. Honestly, I was not happy with the quality of it at all and wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

Oh my goodness, I recently got this really awesome travel cot in grey and it's absolutely fantastic! It arrived pretty swiftly and was a breeze to assemble and put away. It's a really good deal and the quality is top-notch. The storage bag that comes with it is also really convenient!
Bugaboo rain cover for baby buggy
I bought a rain cover for my granddaughter's pram from this shop recently, and I'm really happy with it. It came quickly, just when the rain started, so she can stay cosy and dry when we go for walks. One thing I love is the see-through window, so she can see us and we can still watch her. The cover is top-notch quality and fits the pram perfectly.
Travel cot purchase
I ordered the travel cot online and it came pretty quickly with free delivery. Folding it down and setting it up was a breeze compared to my old cot. But, it turned out to be smaller than I thought, and unfortunately, my tall toddler couldn't fit in it, so I had to send it back.

I recently bought a baby stroller from your company, and I've got to say, I wasn't impressed with the quality. The stroller had some serious design flaws and issues that I just couldn't overlook. I felt it was really important to let others know about my experience. So, I went ahead and left a 1-star review on your website. But, much to my surprise, my review and others like it were deleted. I find this worrying because it makes me question how honest and trustworthy your brand really is. It's vital for customers to be able to read honest feedback to help them make good choices. Deleting bad reviews just feels wrong and deceitful. I believe that companies should always listen to and respect what customers have to say, whether it's positive or negative.
