Affordable monthly deal
I thought the customer service at this store was really good. They knew what they were talking about and helped me find a fantastic deal that cut my monthly bills. Even though there were other deals out there, they found me the best one. I was impressed with the discount they gave me on the upfront cost too, which ended up saving me money each month. It was nice to have someone who could answer all my questions and explain the network to me better.

My chaotic purchase
I had such a terrible time trying to buy a new phone from this company. The website kept crashing, my order got lost in the system, and customer service was useless. It was a total disaster from beginning to end, and I wouldn't advise anyone to go through what I did.

I bought a phone from this company and honestly, it's been a total disaster! The customer service team is absolutely dreadful, they keep feeding me false delivery dates and the phone hasn't showed up even after 3 days. Dealing with them is just so stressful and frustrating. I wish I never bought anything from this company, it's pretty clear they don't give a damn about their customers.

iPhone 14 Pro from Malaysia
I got the new iPhone 14 Pro from this mobile phone shop, but the one I got came from Malaysia, not from here in the UK where I am. It was a bit of a hassle and now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again in the future.

I absolutely adore this place! Buying things here was a breeze, way better than going through the phone company itself. When I gave them a ring, I got connected straight away to a really lovely advisor who was super helpful with all my queries. I highly recommend this place, it's amazing!
iPhone XR
So the phone turned up and the price was ok, but everything else was poorly organised.
Phone was over a week late and came in an open box - ie not brand new. No response when I chased asking for a delivery date, but it eventually turned on my doorstep without a signature.
I didn't get many emails from them throughout the ordering process, but for some reason all the ones I did receive were sent after 10 o'clock at night.
Possibly Corona related, but they did have a have a big sign at the top of their website saying "Corona won't affect anything".
Not going to say "avoid avoid avoid" like some rabid Internet complainer, but I would only recommend you use them if nobody else can match their price and you're not in a hurry. Basically I think they take themselves too seriously and the service not serious enough.
