My cool buys
Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore the jewellery from this company! The designs are just fantastic, and they use the most gorgeous materials like gold, pearls, white topaz, and green amethyst. The colours they incorporate are so beautiful and subtle, I can't get enough of them! I love how you can mix and match the various necklaces and charms because they all have themes and symbols that complement each other so well. It's great that you can personalise your pieces with your initials, birthstones, and even your astrological sign - it really feels like the jewellery was created just for me. In addition, you can wear the pieces on their own or layer them up, which is so much fun. They look incredible with everyday casual outfits, but they also add a touch of sophistication when you're dressing up to go out. They are so feminine and delicate, I simply can't resist them! What's even better is that they're lightweight, of excellent quality, and always come in various sizes and lengths.

Recent jewellery purchase
I recently bought some lovely jewellery and I must say, I was so impressed with the quality and design. The attention to detail is just amazing and really makes these pieces stand out. The customer service was also excellent, which made the whole shopping experience really easy. The only slight issue for me was living in Spain, as it can mean extra taxes and delays in delivery because of customs. It would be great to have more info about sales or new releases to help plan my orders better. But overall, I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend this brand to anyone after some gorgeous jewellery.

Necklace Layering Clasp
I've ordered a few things, but I wanted to have a chat about this clasp. I was really looking forward to being able to wear several necklaces without them getting all tangled up, but unfortunately, the clasp isn't tight enough. My necklaces keep coming off, and I really don't want to lose them. The design is nice, but the clasp needs to be stronger. Perhaps a new design with a more secure clasp would change my mind.

I just wanted to say how absolutely gorgeous the jewellery I bought is, it's truly stunning. And I couldn't be happier with it, honestly. The customer service was also incredible, they really went out of their way to help. We had a bit of a hiccup with the Royal Mail delivery, but the team did everything they could to sort it out. Wrong initial necklace order
I was so shocked when I realised I had ordered the wrong initial for the necklace I was buying as a gift for my granddaughter. It was for a special occasion, so I was feeling really frustrated. But, the customer service team was amazing and fixed my order straight away. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and understanding they were, especially since it was my mistake. Personalised name necklace for friend's 50th birthday
Kate, my customer service adviser, was an absolute lifesaver. She went above and beyond to make sure my personalised necklace arrived in time for my friend's special birthday. I totally goofed up by not realising it takes 5-8 weeks for personalised items, but Kate worked her magic and made it happen. I bought some really amazing earrings from here and they are absolutely gorgeous! The design is fantastic and the quality is top-notch. The packaging was adorable, it felt like opening a present even though I actually bought it for myself (oops). I can't stop wearing them, they match with everything!
Necklace and ring
I purchased a lovely necklace and ring from that store, but I must say, I've been quite let down by the quality. The necklace snapped the very first time I put it on, and although they gave me a replacement, that one ended up breaking as well. The same thing happened with the ring my husband bought me; it started falling apart after just a few wears. And then there's the opal ring - half of the stones fell out the second time I wore it. It feels like such a waste of money because these items should really hold up better for the price they're asking.

I was first attracted to her collection with this brand, but after looking more into it, I found even more beautiful pieces that I had to have. Necklace purchases
I bought three necklaces from this brand, and they all broke within a year of wearing them. Each necklace had a flimsy chain that kept snapping, which was really disappointing and annoying. To make matters worse, one of the necklaces was a replacement for another one that had the exact same issue. It's a shame because the jewellery looks amazing, but the quality doesn't seem to match the appearance. I had high expectations for these pieces, but I'm not sure if I'd buy from this brand again in the future.
