Alexander Rose Garden Swing Seat
I recently ordered a lovely Alexander Rose Mahogany Garden Swing Seat online from Chessington Garden Centre. It arrived quickly and was well packaged to make sure it wasn't damaged in transit. The communication from both the garden centre and the delivery company was brilliant, keeping me updated on when it would arrive. When it did, putting it together was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions provided, and all the parts were included.
I was really impressed with the delivery driver who brought the swing seat. He called ahead to check and was really helpful when I said I wouldn't be at home. He even put the swing seat exactly where I wanted and made sure it was hidden behind my wheelie bins. It was a level of service that really exceeded my expectations.
Overall, I'm over the moon with the quality of the swing seat and the fantastic service I got from Chessington Garden Centre. I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again in the future.Plants and soil for roof terrace planters
I recently popped down to the garden centre to buy some plants and soil for my roof terrace planters. The staff there were really helpful - they gave me some great advice on which plants would do well in the windy conditions up there, and they even sorted out a handy solution for getting everything up to my flat on the 6th floor.
I was really impressed by their knowledge and how willing they were to help me find the best products for what I needed. They kept me updated on when my delivery was due, and when it arrived, the delivery team were super efficient and friendly. They even stuck around to get rid of the pallets the soil was on, which was a real bonus.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Doug, Chris, James, Jack, and everyone else at the garden centre for making my visit such a positive and hassle-free experience.Large Christmas decorations
I recently bought two large Christmas decorations from Chessington Garden Centre and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. I had been looking everywhere for these popular items and finally found them on their website. But because the decorations were quite delicate, they were only offering delivery locally. I live nearly 100 miles away and don't have my own transport, so I contacted the company for help. Thankfully, they were more than happy to assist me and quickly arranged delivery. The customer service I experienced was fantastic and I highly recommend this company for all your gardening and Christmas shopping needs.
Garden furniture purchase
I recently went to the garden centre and was so impressed by the amazing selection of garden furniture they had. It was way better than the usual rattan furniture you see at other places, and the prices were really competitive. But what really stood out for me was the service from Ollie F. He went out of his way to help me with my purchase, showing a level of dedication and professionalism that you don't see often. Ollie was proactive, positive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the perfect furniture. I couldn't have had a better experience at a garden centre.
cool plant
I recently got this really nice plant from here, and I have to give a shoutout to the garden staff, especially Jenna. She was so helpful and managed to find me the perfect plant, even though I wasn't quite sure what I was after. Jenna took her time to ensure I got the best plant possible.
Enjoi BBQ
I went to the garden centre the other day and was really impressed by all the different outdoor living products they had. The staff were so friendly and knew what they were talking about, which made finding what I wanted really easy. In the end, I bought an Enjoi BBQ that I'm absolutely thrilled with. The product is such good quality and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Cantilever parasol
I bought a cantilever parasol from the garden centre not long ago. Sadly, when I unpacked it at home, I found out it was damaged. I was a bit let down because it wasn't cheap. But when I reached out to the customer service team, they were really helpful. They sorted out a replacement to be sent to me and also picked up the faulty one and set up the new one for me. I was really impressed with how well they looked after me and sorted out the problem so quickly.
BBQ purchase
I recently bought a BBQ from this place, and I have to say, it was an absolute bargain! Wonderful value for money, and the service was excellent. The staff were so friendly and really helpful, which made the whole thing even more enjoyable. On top of that, the delivery was pretty speedy, which is always a nice surprise when you're keen to get grilling. I'll definitely be returning to this place for more garden supplies down the line.

I popped down to this garden centre and got myself some garden furniture, and I have to say, I was really impressed with what they had to offer. The layout of the place was good, easy to get around, and the café served some top-notch food. The staff there were really friendly and went out of their way to help, which made the whole trip a really nice one. I reckon I'll be heading back there again, especially now that Spring is on its way.

Plant purchase
We only keep coming back to this place because of Joseph. His knowledge and customer service skills are top-notch. It's like he's a walking plant encyclopedia. Derek is okay, but he doesn't compare to Joseph. We always make sure to request him whenever we come here.

I absolutely love spending time in the garden and looking after my plants, and let me tell you, Chessington Garden Centre is a real treasure trove. They've got an amazing range of plants, flowers, and gardening tools - basically everything you need to make your outdoor area gorgeous. And the staff there are so friendly and know their stuff, they're always there to help out and give good advice.

I went to CGC for the first time and really enjoyed it. The staff were so helpful and showed me all the fantastic garden furniture they had. The prices were pretty good too, especially for how good the products were. I'll definitely be going back - it's my new favourite local spot.
BBQ purchase
I recently splashed out on a huge ceramic BBQ from the garden centre - cost me over £1400! The service there was top-notch, though. A chap called Charlie Marshall was an absolute star and made sure everything ran like clockwork. He even gave me a demo on how to use the BBQ and patiently answered all my queries. I've been raving about this place to all my mates as they really go the extra mile for their customers!
Enjoi Eden grey dining set covers
I'm a customer at the garden centre and I recently bought the Enjoi Eden grey dining set covers for £131.99 back in September 2021. After getting the Enjoi Eden grey dining set for £2,209 in February 2021, I wanted to make sure I had the right covers for it. However, there were delays in deliveries for reasons beyond the garden centre's control. When I finally got the covers, I was pretty disappointed. They didn't have any ties to keep them secure on the furniture, so they kept blowing off. I had to use heavy bricks to weigh them down and stop them from flying away. Not only that, but the covers didn't really protect the furniture from rain either. They just collected water on top, so I had to keep emptying them manually. For £131.99, I expected better quality covers, especially when compared to what other retailers like Robert Dias offer for a lower price. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend these covers to others.
Breakfast disappointment
I just wanted to share my thoughts as a customer of this garden centre regarding the breakfast I had here recently. I was really disappointed with the meal I ordered as it arrived completely cold. Both breakfast meals were not up to standard - the eggs were like rocks and having just half a tomato as one item in a seven-piece breakfast was a let-down. It's common knowledge that hot food should be served on hot plates, but it seems like the restaurant's management missed the memo on that. The overall quality of the breakfast was really poor, so I've made the decision to take my business elsewhere in the future, specifically to Garson Farm.
