Wedding ring purchase
My partner and I recently popped into the shop to look at wedding rings. We've shopped there before, so we knew the quality would be top-notch. Polly, the lovely lady who helped us out, was just so friendly and attentive. She really took the time to chat with us, find out what we liked, and showed us loads of different options. Even when I couldn't make up my mind, Polly was so patient and made choosing the perfect ring a breeze. We both ended up finding the perfect rings with her guidance, and we're over the moon with them. Polly's expertise and awesome customer service skills made our time there really special. She didn't rush us or push us into making a decision, and we really appreciated her professionalism.
Engagement ring and wedding rings
I recently visited this place and had a chat with a lovely lady named Keir, and let me tell you, she was fantastic! Keir assisted me in selecting my engagement ring and wedding bands, and it was such a pleasant experience. I wanted to make some changes to the style of my rings, and Keir was really understanding and knew exactly what I was looking for. She was incredibly friendly and patient, which I truly appreciated. Keir is simply amazing, and I believe she is a great asset to this establishment. Why would anyone choose to shop elsewhere when you have someone as fabulous as Keir to assist you? A big thank you to you, Keir, you're absolutely brilliant!
Beautiful ring, friendly staff
My mate and I decided to pop into the shop after spotting a really lovely ring in the window. When we went in, the staff were so friendly and helpful! They let us try on the ring to make sure it was the right size. The lady, Dianne, who assisted us was amazing - she really put us at ease and made us feel relaxed. She explained all about buying the ring and when we could collect it. And to top it off, she even gave us some fizzy drinks to celebrate! We were over the moon and left with huge smiles on our faces. If you're considering getting a ring, definitely give this place a visit!
Rare item purchase
I recently bought a rare item from this store and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. I found the item on their website, which I couldn't find anywhere else, and decided to buy it. The store kept me updated at every stage, which was really good. £10,000 jewellery purchase
I'm absolutely shocked by the disappointment I've faced with this company. I splashed out £10,000 on some jewellery, only for it to break just a year later. And to make matters worse, they couldn't even fix it, and now they're not even responding to my legal dispute. Their lack of professionalism and customer service is just appalling. If you're thinking about buying pricey jewellery, I highly recommend giving this company a miss and looking elsewhere.

Ring resizing due to arthritis
I went to the store the other day to get a ring removed from my finger because it was swollen from arthritis. Chrisabella did a great job cutting off the thick platinum band, despite it being a tricky task. I really liked her caring attitude towards customers. I'll definitely come back to get more jewellery work done there because the customer service was exceptional. On a side note, I had called another store the day before and their service was nowhere near as good as what I received at this store.
Diamond ring purchase
I went to the shop in Aberdeen the other day and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. Rhona, the assistant who assisted me, was so nice and really knew her stuff about the products. She helped me pick out something and made it all so easy for me to decide. In the end, I bought a diamond ring that I absolutely love and think was worth the price. I popped into the shop to look at watches and the people working there were really lovely and helpful. Stuart was the one who assisted me, and he was not only really friendly but also knew a lot about watches. He was able to help me pick out the perfect one. The store in Dundee just has a really nice atmosphere, with everyone always smiling and willing to help out customers. I don't typically leave reviews, but this shop really impressed me as a fantastic place to shop.
