I bought a laptop from this shop recently and I have to say, I was really happy with the service I got. Ordering it was easy and quick, no problems at all. The staff were friendly and knew what they were talking about, which was great. The price was reasonable, not too high but not too cheap either. You know what they say, you get what you pay for! The delivery was spot on, it arrived right on time with no issues. Overall, I was really impressed with the whole thing and I would definitely think about buying from here again in the future.

Three items ordered, express delivery
I had a bit of a rough experience with my recent order from your company. I bought three things on your website last Sunday night and opted for express delivery because it was a special event - my autistic son's 18th birthday. Unfortunately, I got a message later on saying my order was refunded because the items were out of stock. When I called customer service, they told me the items weren't available, which really should have been mentioned on the website to stop people ordering things that weren't in stock. The person on customer service said sorry for the bother, but the fact remains that my son's birthday present is now going to be late, possibly by up to 10 days. This has really messed up our plans and his excitement for his birthday.
Patio heater purchase
I bought a patio heater from this company recently and it was a disaster. The delivery took forever! I got so annoyed that I contacted customer service to ask about it, only to find out that they never even sent it. It was such a pain to get a refund and I had to buy the patio heater from another supplier in the end. The lack of communication about the delay was really frustrating and that's why I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Delivery experience in the rain
I ordered something online and the delivery didn't go too well. It arrived during a heavy rainstorm and was left at my back door, so the box got all wet. And to top it off, they didn't even leave a note to let me know it was there. I was pretty let down by the lack of communication and the way they handled my package.
