    XPS 17 9700 Laptop

    I recently bought the XPS 17 9700 laptop and honestly, I've been really let down by it. Right from the start, I had issues with the colour calibration, random crashes, and the fan not turning off when in sleep mode. On top of that, the screen would often go black for long periods which was really frustrating and made me feel unproductive. The trackpad and keyboard were also quite temperamental, which just added to my list of complaints. Despite Dell saying this laptop had great cooling, I actually had problems with overheating that affected its performance, struggling even with basic games on low settings. Overall, the XPS 17 9700 didn't live up to what they promised and left me feeling pretty disappointed and let down.

    Dell is emerging brand in laptop industry, I totally use it

    Dell laptops are comparatively affordable than other primary choices. I was into market study for a long time and now I figured out that dell pricing is quite reasonable according the features it provide. Sleek designs, effective display and new configurations are at very low price. I am using dell for more than 2 years now. It work great.

I live in Iceland, so I was a bit concerned about getting it repaired because spare parts aren't easy to find here. But Dell's customer service really amazed me - they dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently.

    Laptop with overheating issues

    This laptop is an absolute nightmare. It keeps overheating, so I can hardly use it. It's constantly freezing and crashing, it's like nothing I've ever dealt with before. I regularly see that dreaded "blue screen of death" and I've had to restart it far too many times. It's such a shame because it looked like it had good specs, but the way it performs is just terrible.

    High-end laptop

    I've recently invested a lot of money in buying a top-of-the-line laptop from your company. However, my experience with your customer service has been a complete nightmare. I spent more than $8000 on the R16 model, only for my order to be cancelled out of the blue. This has left me without the product I purchased and a big dent in my bank balance. Despite trying to reach out to your customer service team for help, I've been met with unhelpful answers and no one taking responsibility for the error that was made.

    Recent computer purchase

    I was pretty happy with the computer I bought from this company, but things went downhill when I had to deal with their finance service. The call centre I got through to was in India, so there were some communication problems. Then, when I tried calling the US help lines, I just got an automated message asking me to order something with subscription fees instead of talking to a real person. My biggest worry is that this company teams up with a dodgy financial institution called COMENITY BANK for credit services and subscriptions. They hit me with a notice saying they were bumping up the interest rates to a crazy 31%, and they even wrongly charged me for a subscription I'd already cancelled, which really messed up my credit score. To make things worse, the company kept calling me non-stop like a collection agency. While they're sorting out the mess, I think it's really important to warn others to look into COMENITY BANK before getting involved with any of this company's credit or subscription services.

    I bought a laptop from this company. Sadly, I've been really let down by the quality and performance of the product. The laptop had problems not long after I got it, and no matter what I tried, the issues kept coming back. The customer service people I spoke to weren't much help and didn't seem to know how to communicate properly to help me out. They wanted a lot of money to fix the laptop, which I thought was way too much. All in all, dealing with this company has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

    Customer Service Experience

    I'm really let down by the customer service I got. I had such a hard time getting through to a human using the automated phone system. I was asked loads of questions and then got put through to the wrong place. When I finally got to talk to someone, they struggled to understand what I was saying. It's just not on for a company to make it so tough for customers to talk to an actual person.

    Alienware Aurora R16

    I bought the Alienware Aurora R16 from Dell because I wanted a gaming PC that would perform well. Unfortunately, after just 2 weeks of having it, the PC stopped working. I contacted Dell's tech support for help, and after spending days trying to fix it, they arranged for a technician to come and repair it. However, the technician was postponed several times, which was really frustrating and inconvenient for me. Despite promises from the tech support team, the technician didn't turn up on several occasions, leaving me without a working PC. When I asked for a refund, I was told that it wasn't possible, even though I reported the problem within the 30-day period. The fact that there was no solution and the poor customer service experience has left me very unhappy with Dell. I am now taking the issue to the West Virginia Attorney General Consumer Protection division in the hope of finding a resolution. I just wanted to warn others, Dell's lack of concern for customer satisfaction is shocking.

    I bought a fancy laptop from this company, and I've been really let down by the whole thing. I've been waiting since May 1st for them to sort out why they have my money but haven't sent my order. It's so frustrating and has made me doubt if this company can even do simple customer service properly.

    Dell XPS17

    My laptop totally crashed and needed a new motherboard. The local expert assured me that my data would be safe. Dell ended up changing both the motherboard and the SSD, even though only the motherboard needed fixing. I was charged extra to save the SSD, but unfortunately, they still lost it. Their customer service was terrible, so I won't be using Dell again!

    Inspiron 27-7720

    I bought the Inspiron 27-7720 recently and had some problems with it crashing when I was trying to install Outlook. I got in touch with Microsoft for help, and they couldn't figure out what was causing the crash. Also, I wasn't impressed with Dell's customer service - they didn't seem to know what they were doing and weren't very helpful. Because of this, I've decided to return the PC as it didn't live up to my expectations. On a positive note, my old Lenovo device has been reliable and trouble-free.

    Dell G15 laptop, charger plug issue

    I bought a laptop that's been working fine, but the charger plug has been loose since I got it. There's no physical damage. When I contacted Dell support, they refused to cover it under warranty and asked for payment for repairs. I installed software on it but didn't really use the laptop for about 10 months. When I reached out to Dell again, they still wouldn't help, despite the laptop still being under warranty. I'm really disappointed with their lack of customer support and I won't be buying from them again. I'd advise others to avoid them as well.
