I was really pleased to finally track down my favourite cream on this website. Other stores kept changing their products, making it tricky for me to find the exact one I like best. I often find it tricky to order things online, websites can be so confusing! But, I have to say, my recent time on eCosmetics was actually pretty good. Hailey, who's the manager there, was so lovely and helpful as she helped me with my order. She was really generous with her time, which I really appreciated and it made everything much simpler. The prices for Oribe products were also really good, definitely a bonus. I'm looking forward to using this company more in the future and would for sure recommend them to others.

I thought the website was really easy to use and navigate. The discounts were pretty good, but I was a bit let down that a lot of things were out of stock, especially different colours. I noticed that the main story said "EVERYTHING 30% OFF" but not all items were actually on sale. It would have been better if they had made it clear which products weren't included in the discount.
