Apology and appreciation
I had a bit of a problem with getting a refund from this company, and I have to say, I owe them an apology. At first, I left a negative review because I thought I hadn't received the refund, but it turns out they had actually done it quickly. The money was in my bank account the very next day. It was my own fault as I forgot that I had used my visa card to make the payment. The mix-up happened when they mentioned the last four digits of my card in an email, which are very similar to my bank card. I feel really bad for not trusting them, they did everything right. The dress I bought came quickly and the process for the refund was just as good. I will definitely shop with them again, if they'll have me.
Last-minute wedding dress
The lead-up to my brother's wedding was causing me a lot of stress, especially when it came to finding the right dress with only a month to go. But then I found this website and decided to order a made-to-measure dress. It actually turned out to be just what I had in mind! I had my doubts about whether it would arrive in time, but it did. The dress fitted like a glove, which meant I could concentrate on sorting out other wedding bits and bobs. I really appreciate Ever Pretty's prompt service and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Dress return and exchange
I had to send back two dresses I bought because they didn't fit right. It was a bit annoying to sort out, but then I left a review explaining my problem. A man called John got in touch with me and he was really nice and helpful. He said he'd refund the cost of sending the dresses back, which was a relief. Even though there was a small problem, I have to admit that the customer service and care I received were outstanding. It's not often you find such great service these days, so I want to give the team a big thumbs up for all their hard work.
Dresses for a wedding
My daughter and I recently bought some dresses for my sister's wedding. The dresses were really good quality and well-made. They were also pretty much the right size, which was a relief as we got them online. However, we had to send two of them back as they didn't fit quite right. I tried reaching out via email but I got a response saying my emails are being blocked. I'm quite upset about this whole situation and I'm not sure what my next step should be. Shopping for my 80th birthday dress on this website was amazing! There were loads of gorgeous dresses to choose from, and I felt like a princess trying them on. The dress I chose was perfect, and I felt really confident wearing it at my party. I would definitely shop here again!
Four surprise dresses
Receiving those four surprise dresses felt like a little Christmas miracle in the middle of May. From the 12 dresses in total that I received, two of them really stood out to me as potential Mother-of-the-Bride outfits. The colours and styles were just perfect. I was really impressed by the quality and design of all the dresses. Apart from the surprise dresses, I also ordered another dress which turned out to be stunning. All in all, I had a really good experience with this purchase and would definitely think about buying from them again.

The dresses I got for the wedding were so nice, really top quality. They looked even better in real life than they did on the website. But sending back the dresses I didn't need was a bit of a pain. I tried to email for a return address like they said, but I didn't get any reply. And when I tried to use the 'chat now' button on the website, it wasn't working. It's the only problem I've had with the whole experience.
Disappointing evening dress
My experience buying an evening dress from this online shop was really disappointing. It took much longer to arrive than they said it would, and when it did finally turn up, it was just chucked over a fence in a package that was too small, leaving the dress really creased. The dress didn't look anything like the photos on the website, the fabric was awful, and the sizing was all wrong. It was made even worse by the fact that the customer service was terrible, and the returns policy was a nightmare. I had to pay to send the dress back because it was nothing like what was described, but now they're saying my parcel has disappeared, and I still haven't got my refund over a month later. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping from this store to anyone.
Gorgeous dresses, excellent quality
Oh my goodness, these dresses are just gorgeous and the quality is amazing! I was so impressed by how well they're put together and how perfectly they fit. The customer service was brilliant when I needed to swap for a different size. The only slight downside was that the prices were a tad high, but I do think you get what you pay for in this situation.
Four Dress Returns
I recently bought four dresses from this company through a retailer and decided to send them back as they weren't quite what I was after. Returning the dresses turned out to be a complete nightmare. They received the dresses on May 1st, but when I got in touch a week later, they said it would take 5-10 working days to process my refund. After 10 working days went by with no refund in sight, I contacted them again, only to be told to wait another 5-10 working days. It's been really frustrating, and I still haven't received my £400 refund. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
dress return issue
I bought a dress online but had to return it because it didn't fit. They have no idea where my dress is now! I tried emailing them but didn't get a reply, and when I called, they were really rude. I just want my money back for the dress I returned, it's not fair.

The dress I bought from that shop was really cheap and terrible! I spent way too much money on it, considering I could have found a similar one for a much better price somewhere else. When I tried to return it, they made me pay £19 for the return. Also, the sizes were completely off, not accurate at all. I'm guessing it's probably made in China, which is why it's so rubbish. I won't be shopping there again, they're total scammers.

I bought a dress online recently and I have to say, I have some mixed feelings about it. I had to use a different app to check where my order was, and even then, it claimed it had been delivered when it hadn't. Turns out, it was left outside someone else's house, which was really annoying. The quality of the dress is quite good, but I think it could have been packaged better. The price was a bit on the high side compared to the quality, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, I do like the dress, but the hassle of the shipping process wasn't worth it, especially with the high cost of delivery for what was supposed to be a standard service.
