Sustainable fashion purchase
Recently, I bought some sustainable fashion items online and I was really happy with the whole experience. The online service was quick and efficient, which made ordering super easy. The clothes themselves are really good quality and I absolutely love the style and design of each piece. I've also been to their physical stores before and the staff have always been friendly and helpful, which always makes for a pleasant shopping trip. What really made me choose this retailer is that they are really committed to sustainability, you can see this in their ESG policies that are on their website. It's great to see a company making sustainability a big part of their business, and it's definitely made me a loyal customer.
Leather multi-use bags
I recently bought two leather multi-use bags and I am so happy with my purchase. I love that I can wear/use the bags in different ways, it's so convenient and adds a nice touch to my outfits. My only suggestion would be to add a small fixed handle to the rucksack/crossbody bag to make it easier to pick up and carry when needed. But, one of the bags was half price which was a lovely surprise! The ordering process was seamless and I received my items promptly, the service was really great. The products themselves are top quality and exceeded my expectations. All in all, I am really pleased with my shopping experience at the store.
Lovely jeggings
I bought a pair of jeggings a few weeks ago. The first day I wore it, the jeggings got torn. Not because I am too fat but because the quality of the jeggings was too light. I decided to purchase from FatFace a store my friend introduced to me. The jeggings were of great quality material. It did not tear nor did its color fade away overuse. It was overall high-quality wear. The blue color is still maintained. Quite stretchy but not scratchy. Lovely designs and quite comfortable. I love the fabric used and fits almost everything I wear the jeggings with. I hope to purchase another one soon. Great prices too.
Beachwear shopping experience
I recently visited the store at Fistral Beach a few times over a two-week period to grab some beachwear. I was really impressed by how clean the store was and the wide range of stuff they had to buy. The staff, especially Susie, were so nice and helpful. Susie was really welcoming, super friendly, and gave great advice. She was clearly passionate about her job and went out of her way to make sure customers had a good shopping experience. It was lovely to chat with such a dedicated and friendly team member.

I popped into the shop the other day and honestly, I was so impressed with the customer service from Simone. She was really friendly, knew her stuff, and was so helpful with everything I needed. Honestly, she made my shopping trip a breeze.
Stylish trousers
The online service from this company is absolutely brilliant. I don't really get to the actual store much, but when I do, the staff are always so welcoming and ready to help. I'm loving the new selection of trousers, they're just my style, but I do miss those cropped trousers they used to have a few years back.

I recently popped into a local clothing store and was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. They made me feel so welcome and went out of their way to help me find everything I needed. The service was top-notch and it really made my shopping trip a pleasure. The store had a great vibe too, which added to the whole experience. It's obvious that they put a lot of focus on customer service, so I'll definitely be going back there again in the future.
Gift card purchase, easy return and great product
I bought a gift card from this shop not long ago and it was a proper good experience from start to finish. When there was a problem with the gift card, the person in customer service was really helpful and sorted it out straight away. My order came quickly, only 2 days after I placed it. I had to take one thing back because it was too big, but going to the store in Dorking made it easy. The jumper I got was spot on, just what I was after, fitted nicely, and was good quality.
Canvas jacket/sweatshirt for my son
The service at the store was so good! I went to the store at Edinburgh airport after loving the one in Oban. Sujan, who works there, was really helpful and nice. He saw me looking at a jacket for my son and gave me some great advice, which made me decide to buy the canvas jacket/sweatshirt. I was really happy with the quality and design of the product. All in all, I had a brilliant time shopping at the store and would definitely suggest it to others.
Thick t-shirts, good quality
The t-shirts I got are really cool! The photos online were spot on and the colours were just what I was looking for. The material is really thick and heavy, which is great. They fit me perfectly and I felt awesome wearing them.
32R jeans
I bought some jeans online in my usual size, but when they arrived, they were too long. Had to go to the shop to exchange them for a shorter pair.
Clothing items
I recently bought some new clothes online and I was really happy with how fast they came. I messed up the delivery address but the customer service team sorted it out for me and got my package sent to the right place. I've got another one of the same thing in a different colour and I just think it's really comfy and looks great when I wear it.
Recent eyeglasses purchase
I bought some glasses from this shop recently and my experience was a bit up and down. The person serving me at the Windsor branch wasn't very helpful and didn't seem too bothered about helping me pick out a pair. When I asked for a fresh set of glasses because the ones on display looked a bit worse for wear, a different member of staff said they didn't have any. But then another lady called Amritpal who was working that day came to the rescue and offered me a new pair. It was only because of her that I decided to go ahead and buy them. It's a bit worrying to think that not every customer might get the same level of help, depending on who's working.
Bought a jumper
I popped into the shop earlier and this chap called Rhys helped me out. He was so lovely and we had a good chat while I was browsing. To top it off, he even gave me a discount on the jumper I bought. Rhys is absolutely top-notch!
Cute bag
I recently purchased a super cute bag online, and I absolutely adore it! I had spotted it in the store and really wanted it, but eventually decided to buy it online, and I'm really glad I did. It's just the right size and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in search of a cute bag.
Long shorts, quick refund
The shorts I bought were too long for me, so I had to send them back. It was really easy and I got my money back the next day, which was great. I really appreciate that they do free returns, it's a big plus. I do wish there was a local store nearby though.
High-quality clothing selection
I love going to this shop because the people who work there are always so friendly and helpful. The clothes are really good quality and fit me perfectly, plus they all go really well together so putting outfits together is easy. The only problem is trying to stick to my budget with so many tempting options!
2 items ordered, only received 1
My experience ordering from this company has been a complete disaster. I ordered 2 items but got an email soon after saying one item was out of stock and I'd get a refund. Then, I got another email saying the items were on their way. When they arrived, I only got one item. And on top of that, I still haven't received a refund after 11 days. This will probably be the first and last time I order from this retailer.
