    Body Power Titan MFT Smith Machine

    I recently bought the Body Power Titan MFT Smith Machine from the fitness superstore, and I have to say, I am absolutely blown away by how good it is. It's a really nice piece of equipment that has really upped my workout game. Big thanks to the staff at the store, especially Matt Hunt, for suggesting this machine to me. His knowledge definitely helped me make up my mind to get it.

    I also want to give a shoutout to Andy and Yuri for delivering and setting up my order so professionally and quickly. They were right on time and took the time to show me how to use the machine properly. Their attention to detail and care for customers really stood out.

    Overall, my experience with Fitness Superstore has been top-notch. From the quality of the product to the customer service, I am seriously impressed. I would absolutely recommend this store and the fantastic staff members Matt Hunt, Andy, and Yuri to anyone looking for fitness equipment. Thanks to everyone for a brilliant experience!

    I recently bought a lot of home gym equipment from the Fitness Superstore in Northampton. Dealing with Jordon was great, he knew his stuff and answered all my questions without being too pushy. You could tell he really wanted to help me find the best products for me, balancing price and quality.

    Recumbent cross trainer for muscle-related rare disease

    I recently got a recumbent cross trainer from Fitness Superstore to help me with my muscle strength, as I have a rare disease that affects my muscles. The staff at the MCR branch, Shelley and Ricky, were super helpful. Shelley gave me loads of useful info about the different options, and Ricky helped me pick the right machine for me. The delivery and installation of the machine were smooth and efficient, with the two men who came to install it being really professional. Even though I haven't had a go on the machine yet, I think it will be just what I need, as I've used the same model before at a rehab center. I'm really thankful for the top-notch service and help I got from the staff at Fitness Superstore, especially Shelley and Ricky.

    extremely disappointing experience! They basically punish you if you make the mistake to buy from them and want to return their products. They will make you pay the return on your own, which will cost you a lot of money (imagine returning back a very heavy elliptical). I sent my package with all the items sealed inside, and they told me I have to pay for the ripped box it was wrapped in! Apparently replacing a box is too expensive for them and they also charge for potential missing items (they're too busy to inspect the packages).
    Appalling treatment from customer services- Avoid at all costs if you don't want to waste your money.

    Bowflex mini multi gym

    I have never had such bad service and communication from a company before. We ordered some nice new gym equipment and paid for the premium installation to save us the stress of installing it ourselves.
    Since placing the order we have just been messed around and let down, time after time.
    The communication shown by this company is simply awful, you get promised things are being done or they will ring you back and never hear anything.
    Stay well away from this company.

    NordicTrack-E8.2 Elliptical

    Never purchase stuff here or you will fix stuff yourself that you did not break.
    This is for Fitness Superstore and Nordictrack. I tried to get help with the elliptical trainer I purchased through Fitness. It is Nordictrack-E8.2. It was making a huge metallic squeal that I recorded and sent to them and the tension on level 1 was so high I could not stay on the machine for more than a minute. They basically accused me of not lubing the product which I had! I used an entire packet of grease the day we put it together. Icon UK costumer service wanted me to basically fix it myself. Said I needed to take the side panel off and loosen the belt, said it was part of maintenance. I'm like, on a new machine? Maintenance? You mean you want me to fix it myself after accusing me of not greasing it? Below is the last reply I sent to ICON (note, I have all these emails to prove what I am saying and the video I took.)

    Email: "Bad review coming your way. It took me 3 tries to get that bolt loosened on 3 different days so that I could reduce the tension. So is this a joke your manufactures play on your buyers? I have figured out why the squealing is happening, by myself, just like you wanted. The bolt on the left of the wheel continues to self tighten. I keep loosening it and it keeps tightening. IT IS NOT A ... PROBLEM! The machine is LEVEL. I checked with an actual level. So the right side loosens and the left side tightens and I am continuously at the wheel either loosening or tightening. This thing is an absolute piece of junk.

    11674503 Powertec Gym bench and attachments

    Wouldn't accept return to store due to covid although one of the products is faulty and agreed was faulty... expect me to pay 200 pounds+ to ship back to their warehouse out of my own pocket.

    Managers wouldn't get back to me, just sent me their covid terms and conditions which are not clearly displayed upon purchasing. Their stores are open and could accept the package however they will not.

    Was multiple time returning customers will not be using again, will be going elsewhere. Shameful service

    Nordictrack Treadmill

    Ordered a Nordictrack treadmill from this company in March. Delivery was pretty quick but the unit was faulty - the belt didn’t line up.

    We tried to contact Fitness Superstore straight away (within the 14 day return window) but emails were unanswered and the phones just ring out.

    After going through Facebook messenger someone finally got back to us and referred it to Icon (Nordictrack manufacturer). We had the runaround from them for weeks with no further contact from fitness superstore and eventually Icon agreed to fetch the treadmill in the middle of May (looks like they have issues with all of their products).

    We notified fitness superstore that the treadmill had been collected, only to be informed that we wouldn’t get a refund until they got their credit note from Icon, even though our contract was not with Icon.

    Luckily we had started the process in March of claiming the money back through the bank chargeback process as we couldn’t get through to fitness superstore. We got our money back from the bank at the end of June, otherwise I think we would still be waiting.

    I will never use this company again.

    AD2i Schwinn assault bike

    Terrible customer service after product broke after 2 months
    I ordered an air bike - Schwinn AD2i From Fitness Superstore. It was delivered in late November. I was pleased with it initially but on the 8th Feb when I was riding it the pedal mechanism completely went and on closer inspection I saw that it had completely sheered off. In an email on the 8th Feb I asked if it could be collected and that I be Sent another. As I only had the bike for 2 months and for £500 I would have expected it to last a lot longer.

    I then filled out a form detailing the fault and sent Photos. I said I would like replacement or repair. Since then I have been ignored. I have phoned - no one answers. I have emailed and only receive automated responses. I even tried their “live” Chat And despite sending numerous messages (all polite) no one answered. Now I appreciate that we are in an unprecedented period of Covid but that should not prevent contact by electronic means. I spent £500 on a product, it’s not working and the Company are totally ignoring me.

    Extremely poor. I have placed many orders with this company and only had one other issue previously which I put down to a one off. I placed my order (1210040192) on December 26th. it didn't arrive until 8th January (far outside there delivery timescales) and one of the items was incorrect, they sent me a cheaper product. I emailed straight away which a photo and even with a chase email I haven't had a reply. I have called twice and they don't answer the phone. From reading the reviews it seems that lots of others are having similar problems which is very telling.

    Ordered cycle, order come quickly, had to call them the next day as faulty as noisy chain and bad vibration, after emails and a number of calls this is their final statement, as below

    There will always be some vibration from this cycle as it is chain driven, much like an outdoor cycle. However, we are happy to assist you if you believe there is a fault.

    Please advice which parts you believe are faulty and we will be happy to replace them for you.

    What a joke faulty goods you have to fix yourself complete joke.

    5Kg weight plates

    Bought 4x 5kg plates back in July and just after a dozen times of usage 2x plates opened at the bottom. Contacted customer services 4 times and just got ignored.
    I never drop the bar to the floor. Careful usage of my equipment and still didn't last 2 months. I wonder all those good reviews? Maybe those reviews were left upon receiving the product and never after some use or all fake!? Because my review never gets approved to be shown on their website! How convenient, right?!
    Just avoid. Spend a bit more and buy better quality product

    avoid at all costs. If something goes wrong with their products (and it will) they don't want to know. They will fob you off to the manufacturer who ask you to contact fitness superstore. Hundreds of pounds down the drain and a broken treadmill.

    I purchased a treadmill a month ago. I have used it for 3 days and it stopped working. I am calling and emailing them and they just not respond to my queries. No action has been taken in one month. the clients do not deserve this treatment for any company.

    Spin Bike - body power

    AVOID THIS STORE

    I bought this bike in March and it has had an issue since I bought it. The customers service has been terrible, I will never ever buy anything from them again. I suggest you don't either.

    They are refusing to speak with me on the phone about the issue, I send e-mails are generally ignored unless I chase multiple times. Their response is only to fob me off, and not acknowledge there's an issue.
    They say they are busy, this is due to the large amount of faulty goods they are selling.

    ProForm Smart Power 10.0 Cycle

    Below is a brief history of my problems since ordering the equipment from Fitness Superstore on 02 Mar. Most of the early issues were due to a company called Icon who provided the after sales support for this item.

    02 Mar – Ordered the above from Fitness Superstore
    13 Mar – Item delivered
    13 Mar – Installed item and discovered the monitor did not work
    13 Mar - Contacted Fitness Superstore Customer Services to inform of the issue
    13 Mar - Product Service and Spares asked me to send pictures and a video of the issue
    13 Mar - E-mailed customer services the same day with these details
    13 Mar - Product Service and Spares confirmed that they had passed my details to Icon, who would contact me directly
    20 Mar – Contacted Product Service and Spares to say I had no response from Icon
    24 Mar – Product Service and Spares contacted Icon to request they contact me
    27 Mar – Contacted Icon directly and discussed the issue and they sent out a replacement power cable, which did not fix the issue
    15 Apr – Received confirmation from Icon that a replacement monitor could not be located
    17 Apr – Contacted Fitness Superstore to request advice about how to proceed
    21 Apr – Contacted by Manager from one of the Fitness Superstore Stores and informed that they didn’t expect to get stocks of this item until late Jun at the earliest and we discussed alternatives. He also advised me what to do with the delivered bike
    22 Apr – Contacted same manager to inform him that stocks of the bike I ordered were available according to Fitness Superstore website
    22 Apr – Manager e-mailed back to confirm he had added one onto my order to stop it being sent to anyone else

    This manager assisted me greatly during a two week period and I was dismayed, when I found when contacting him in May, to get an automated response stating that the retail outlets had closed and he was not actively monitoring his e-mails. I felt that he was actively helping me with my issue and responded quickly to my messages.

    18 May – Current bike was taken away to return to Icon
    05 Jun - Received an e-mail from Fitness Superstore informing me that the replacement bike was due to be delivered on 11 Jun
    10 Jun - Message received informing me that the item had been dispatched
    10 Jun – Message from Panther (courier company) stating package was due to be delivered on 12 Jun
    12 Jun - Message from Panther with the following “Please be advised that your order from Fitness Superstore has not arrived in to our depot in time for delivery today. We'll call you as soon as the item is received to arrange a new delivery date that is suitable for you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused”
    15 Jun – Checked Panther tracking details, which stated “Item was not dispatched from Supplier”
    16 Jun – Contacted Fitness Superstore by e-mail enquiring where my order was – no response
    17 Jun – Contacted Fitness Superstore by e-mail enquiring where my order was – no response
    23 Jun - Contacted Fitness Superstore by e-mail enquiring where my order was – no response
    24 Jun - Contacted Fitness Superstore by e-mail enquiring where my order was
    26 Jun – Received e-mail informing me investigation would need to take place to ascertain where the order was, including CCTV footage of the order being collected. Please be assure we will do everything we can to get this resolved as quickly as possible and our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.
    03 Jul - Contacted Fitness Superstore by e-mail enquiring where my order was – no response
    10 Jul - Contacted Fitness Superstore by e-mail enquiring where my order was – no response

    During the timeline above I have also contacted and spoken to numerous Fitness Superstore staff members over the phone, but have not been given any satisfactory answers to questions. If, as stated on every call, they would pass my messages on, I have not had any contact subsequently that wasn’t initiated by myself.

    The tracking status on the Panther website currently states “We are currently awaiting the details of your order from your retailer. Please check back later to see if this has been updated”.

    It has been over 4 months since I ordered the exercise bike from Fitness Superstore and am still in the dark if or when a working bike will ever be delivered. I understand that some of the delay have been because of dealing with Icon for the support, eventual return of the bike and refund. However, for the last 6 weeks the delay has been exclusively Fitness Superstore’s, due to a perceived lack of expediency to either get the item delivered (or located) or explain to me what the delay is.

    Customer services is virtually non-existent with this company at present. If, as mentioned in an e-mail "Please be assure we will do everything we can to get this resolved as quickly as possible" their everything is to not give me any satisfactory answers almost 6 weeks after my replacement bike was due to be delivered, then it doesn't seem that their "everythng" is anything.

    If you order something from Fitness Superstore and it is the right piece of equipment that does not have any faults then I believe your experience will be a good one. If you have any issues, be prepared to wait an awfully long time to get any response or resolution to your issue.

    AVOID. Zero communication and amateur delivery company (XDP)

    I placed order 11458252 on the 5th May and it still hasn't been received. It's a "one-man" delivery that Fitness Superstore now claim to be able to deliver within 2-7 days!! The customer service is non-existent, no response to mail.

    I've built a £4000 home gym since March and Fitness Superstore are the ONLY supplier to let me down. I understand that it's a difficult situation for retailers but everyone else has exceeded expectation. Worst than that is the lack of communication to resolve this issue. Really disappointed and another customer lost.

    Edit. 01.06.2020. I did review on Trust Pilot first but this has been "reported by Fitness Superstore" and will almost certainly be taken down (no bad reviews allowed - explains their high average). Note they had time to report my review but not reply to my mail... go figure.

    There are plenty of other retailers out there for your fitness needs. Look past the vetted reviews on Trust Pilot and FS website and have a Google... there are plenty of others like me...

    Wish i had seen this before buying, right now no one is answering the PHONE

    Kettlebells, bands and a pull up frame

    I placed my order nearing the beginning of lockdown (22/03/2020). The order totalled just under £500 and I was pre-warned that it could take up to 4 weeks to deliver.

    On Sunday it will be 8 weeks since I placed my order. I have still not received all items. I received notification of delivery on 01/05/20, but when checking the items noticed that 2 items were missing. Since then, it has taken a further 2 weeks for them to deliver a single item (that too with no text notification like last time. It simply arrived with no pre-warning). There is still 1 item outstanding after all this time.

    The customer service has been ineffective, firstly reminding me that it is a busy time, then simply checking the courier tracker. Considering it is almost 8 weeks, I would expect some urgency behind this. In this time I’ve experienced a family bereavement, but am still having to chase up Fitness Superstore.

    Friends and family have also placed orders for fitness equipment from other retailers - they’ve done so after I placed my order and still received their orders before mine.
