PC products
My small startup business was suffering for many reasons but especially lack of proper tools and managerial skills such as from management to recruitment and operations and more. I was almost operating analog even when we are in digital world until I engaged the services of FiveTech who came and turned things the proper way. First, on partnership agreement, FiveTech provided my company with laptops to help the operation of the company be run smoothly. Installed in the laptops were apps that provide better working environment for the company. FiveTech also provided personnel who trained my staff on how to work with the apps for optimum output and the aim has been yielding. I'm glad to have engaged the services of FiveTech which by whose contributions my business grow.
Multiple ASUS ROG product purchases
I've recently bought a few ASUS ROG products and I must say, Alex, the customer service rep, has been absolutely fantastic. No matter where I purchased the products from - ASUS, Scan, Overclockers or Amazon - Alex has always been there to help out with any issues I've had. He's always gone the extra mile to sort out any problems quickly and efficiently. Thanks to his dedication, my tech experience has been smooth sailing and I've become even more loyal to the brand. I can't speak highly enough of his support and I am really thankful for his exceptional service.
Laptop purchase
I bought a laptop from this company and I have to say, their customer service was brilliant. The guy I talked to, Mike, was really helpful in sorting out all the problems I had and he did it quickly. He was nice and professional the whole time, and I was very grateful for his assistance. I also told Mike that it was hard to reach the customer service team for the brand I purchased (I won't say the name), because the phone number wasn't easy to find online. He gave me the contact number, which was a huge help.
Laptop purchase
I've just bought a laptop from this seller and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. I was a bit unsure about ordering online at first, but everything went really smoothly. The laptop arrived earlier than I thought, which was a nice surprise. It was really easy to set up and I was amazed at how much faster it is than my old one. This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. I bought a laptop from them, but my order was rejected and then they hiked up the price out of the blue. They have zero customer support - they never pick up the phone or bother to ring back. It's really annoying trying to deal with a company that behaves so dodgily. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.
Technical support for confirmation email
I got in touch with the customer service team at FiveTech not long ago because I needed help with a technical problem concerning my confirmation email. They put me through to Mike, who was really helpful and knew his stuff. He listened carefully to my issue and gave me straightforward and accurate solutions. I liked how polite and professional he was the whole time we were talking. All in all, I was really impressed with the great customer service I got from FiveTech.

I recently purchased a laptop from FiveTech just after Christmas and I was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered. Unfortunately, I ran into a technical problem with the laptop within a month. But the customer service from the seller was fantastic - they were really helpful and understanding, and they quickly refunded me in full once they received the faulty laptop. Because of their great service, I've chosen to buy another laptop from them.

Purchased laptop at advertised price
I bought a laptop from this shop because it was priced at what they advertised. They said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. But on the fourth day, they told me they had made a mistake with the price and wouldn't stick to what was originally advertised. They cancelled my order and wanted to charge me an extra £120 if I still wanted it. It felt like a scam and I wasn't happy with how they handled it. I wouldn't suggest purchasing from this place.

Replacement/refund for faulty product
My experience with this company has been really disappointing. I've been waiting for a replacement or refund for a faulty product for over a month now. It's really frustrating that they haven't been proactive or tried to help me at all. It's just not right to keep a customer waiting like this. I would definitely recommend that others steer clear of this company if they care about good customer service and prompt solutions.
My first purchase
This was my first time buying something online, and to be honest, it was a complete nightmare! I tried sending them an email, but all I got in return were these strange error messages. What's the point of having an email if it doesn't work properly, right? I don't want to risk calling them either; who knows if it's some dodgy number. It's been ages now, and my order still hasn't appeared in my account – I'm getting pretty worried. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal, so I should be able to get my money back if needed. Overall, I'm really not impressed with this whole situation!

The package came around 11 am, right on time. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I ordered a laptop online three months back, but I still haven't got it. The delivery schedule kept changing, and now the company is not even responding. I really need the laptop for work, and this delay is costing me money. Both the company and the manufacturer are blaming each other, and I'm stuck without a solution.
