New Hoka Bondi Shoes
So, I went to my usual shop and got some new Hoka Bondi shoes. I usually get two pairs so I can switch up between them, but this time I ordered a second pair online in a different colour. When the package arrived, there was only one shoe inside! Can you believe it? I was so annoyed! I spent nearly £500 in just two days and ended up with only one full pair of shoes. What a disaster! I used to think that shop was great, but now I'm not so sure. I might just go directly to the brand next time. But guess what? I contacted them about the missing shoe, and this guy named Sean replied right away. He said they're sending me the other shoe and offered me a discount. Maybe they're not that bad after all. I still like buying my shoes from them because they know how to fit them properly. Even though I was really angry at first, I'm glad they sorted it out. So, I guess I won't be avoiding that shop just yet.
High-quality running shoes
I bought myself a really nice pair of running shoes from Fleet Feet not too long ago. But you know what? They started falling apart after less than three months of me wearing them regularly. So, I thought I'd go back to the store to see if they could do anything about it, like maybe replace them or something. Turns out, their guarantee only lasts for two months from the date you buy them. I was pretty bummed about it because my shoes had only just gone over that two-month limit and already they were looking pretty beat up. I have to say, I wasn't too happy with how they didn't seem to care about the quality of their product or making sure the customer was happy. Now, I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from that store in the future.
Brooks Ghost running shoes
I popped into the Fleet Feet store in Columbus recently and it was a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. One of the employees there gave me a hard time. I had gone in there just to buy a pair of Brooks Ghost running shoes and made it clear I didn't want a foot scan. But this guy, Micheal Mcshain, he wouldn't listen and kept on insisting I get the scan done. He even tried to push me into buying some socks and insoles that I didn't want.
I felt really awkward and uncomfortable because he wouldn't take no for an answer. He kept touching my knee and didn't respect my wishes. What should have been a simple trip to buy shoes turned into a weird, drawn-out situation.Fitness footwear
Using Fleet Feet for my running sport exposed the fact that the type of shoes won can go a long way in affecting the outcome of one's active engagement either positively or negatively. The footwear I was using before only helped achieve my goal at a very minimal level. However, when I came to discover Fleet Feet and started using same, I could cover double the distance I was covering before. Also, it makes the running fun as there are no inconveniences for example, developing swell or bunion in the feet. How about their delivery service, return, refund and as well as customer service? I didn't find disappointment in any of these buying from Fleet Feet.
Stability and comfort shoes
I've been having trouble with my feet for a while now, dealing with plantar fasciitis and ankle issues. After looking into it a bit, I decided to give these shoes a go for stability and comfort, and I'm really happy I did. Walking and standing for long periods have never felt so good. These shoes give great support and cushioning, making it easy for me to get through the day pain-free. I went for a half size up and the wide fit, which was definitely the right call, especially with my ankle sleeve on. They do seem to come up a bit small, so I'd recommend going bigger than you normally would.
Brooks Ghost shoes
The sales assistant was really nice and all, but those Brooks Ghost shoes I bought? Absolute rubbish. At first, they felt amazing and fit perfectly, but after less than 6 months of wearing them, the plastic support in the back of the heel just went kaput. Gave me a nasty sore on my Achilles tendon, it did. And get this, the store's warranty? A measly 2 months! That's a joke when you consider I forked out a whopping $220 for those shoes. I've had Rockport and Dunhams shoes before for the same price, maybe even cheaper, and they lasted me well over a year with no issues. The store did try to make it right by offering me 10% off my next buy, but let's be real, I won't be going back there. I'd rather splash out on shoes that last longer and keep my feet happy.
Running shoes, expert assistance
As soon as I stepped into the store, there was a friendly staff member who knew their stuff, they came up to me and asked if I needed any assistance. I told them about the specific model I was searching for, and to my surprise, they fetched exactly what I wanted. Tracy, the staff member who helped me, was really helpful and patient. She let me try on different sizes until we found the perfect one. Her knowledge and willingness to do whatever it took really made my visit to the store in Lawrenceville exceptional. I will definitely be coming back for all my sports shoe needs.
Excellent footwear, helpful staff, recommended internal foot support
I popped into this shop the other day to try and find something to help with my joint problem, EDS. I managed to get some really great shoes that have really helped my knee pain, and the staff were so friendly and well-informed. They really listened to me and were able to suggest the perfect footwear. They also recommended an inner foot support which has made a huge difference for me. I'm absolutely thrilled with my visit to the store and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Shoes for running
Fleet Feet in Strongsville is a great spot to visit for running shoes. The guy working there, Isaac Wilson, was really helpful and friendly. He used this fancy scanning system called 'Volumental' to find me the ideal pair of shoes. He actually listened to me and didn't push me to buy anything I didn't want. The shoes he recommended were perfect for me and within my budget. I had a really good shopping experience and was pleased with my purchase.
Running shoes purchase
I popped into the Green Hills store not long ago and Karen there was just brilliant. She knew all about the products and really took the time to help me find what suited me best. She didn't rush me or try to make me buy the most expensive thing, which was really nice. I ended up getting a great pair of running shoes that have really improved my workouts. Thanks to Karen, running feels like a dream!
3 shoes ordered
I was really looking forward to ordering 3 awesome shoes from Fleet Feet, but they went and cancelled my order without even checking with me first. I was so excited about getting my hands on those new shoes, but now I'm feeling really disappointed. I ended up sending them an email to find out when I could expect my shoes, and they explained that there were some stocking issues at their stores. Instead of waiting a little longer, they just decided to cancel my order! To top it off, the prices have gone up with other sellers, so I'm unable to get my hands on those awesome shoes now. I'm feeling so sad and let down by their customer service. 🙁
New running shoes
I went to pick up some new running shoes from this shop and I was buzzing! The staff were so nice and they helped me choose the perfect pair for my running style. They even offered to check my running technique to make sure I got the right fit! They had a really good choice of shoes and other running stuff as well. I left feeling really pleased and I can't wait to go for a run in my new trainers!

Two pairs of running shoes
I bought two pairs of running shoes from this store recently, but I wasn't very happy with the whole thing. The person who sold them to me said I had 60 days to decide if they were right for me. But just 76 days later, one pair started falling apart at the sole. I was quite annoyed to be told that after 60 days, the store wouldn't help and I had to contact the manufacturer. What really got to me was that they didn't tell me this from the start - I had to ask for the manufacturer's details. It made me feel like they didn't really care about me as a customer.
Shoes purchase frustration
I bought some shoes from this shop and found their customer service really disappointing. I wanted to cancel my order not long after I placed it online, but there wasn't an option to do that. I tried getting in touch by email, but it took ages for them to reply. When they eventually did, they said they don't let you cancel orders, even if it's soon after you've made them. I was so surprised by this rule and thought it was really inconvenient.
Running shoes
I bought some running shoes from Fleet Feet not so long ago but was really disappointed to see that they had stains all over them when they arrived. I got in touch with customer service and they said I could take the shoes back to the store and get my rewards points back. But when I actually went to do this, they denied that I even had any rewards points to start with. The customer service I got during all this was not great, to put it mildly. This whole thing really put me off and I can definitely say that I won't be ordering from them again.
Karhu running shoes, Split in 3-4 months
I've been a loyal customer of this place for more than twenty years, trusting them to always give me top-notch service and high-quality shoes. But my recent experience has really let me down and left me feeling disappointed and let down. I bought a pair of Karhu running shoes, thinking they'd be long-lasting and comfy for my daily walks with my dogs. Sadly, the shoes fell apart after only 3-4 months of wear. I was completely taken aback and annoyed because I'd never had such a bad quality issue with this shop before.
Shoes that did not fit well
I bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit me, so I decided to return them. The whole refund process was a nightmare. It took a massive 2 months for me to get my money back after they received the shoes at the warehouse. I had to call them loads of times and keep following up just to get what was owed to me. In today's world with all the technology and efficient systems we have, this kind of delay in getting a refund is just not on.
