    Jordan Nike boots in multiple colours

    I had a really good time ordering from Footlocker! Despite hearing some not so great things, I thought I'd take a chance and I'm really glad I did. I ordered two pairs of Jordan Nike trainers with the chunky soles in different colours online. Both pairs were packed and sent out quickly via UPS. They kept me up to date throughout the delivery process. When the packages arrived, I was happy to see that both pairs were in mint condition, the boxes were all good, and it was obvious that they hadn't been worn or tried on. What's more, both pairs fitted me perfectly. I was so pleased with my purchase that I decided to order a third pair in a different colour, especially as they were on offer for a great price. This time, the delivery was done by DHL and once again, it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. All in all, I'm really satisfied with both the product and the service from Footlocker. Despite the negative comments I'd seen before ordering, my experience was only positive. I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again and I'd definitely recommend them to others. Don't let the bad reviews put you off, give it a go!

Within 48 hours, it was delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted. The quality was impressive, and the price was quite affordable.     I bought a pair of shoes online from this store recently, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster! I paid for the shoes and then received an email two days later saying they didn't actually have them in stock. How can a company be so unaware of what they have in their own store? When I tried to sort this out through email, they completely ignored me. They wouldn't even let me share my honest feedback on their website. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. If they can't even manage their own stock or handle criticism, what kind of business are they running? It's shocking that they were happy to take my money without giving me the product. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure. First impressions are important, and this one was a total disaster. Steer clear of this place at all costs.

    I bought a pair of trainers from this company, and after waiting for a week with no updates on the tracking, I got in touch with their customer service on a chat app. The customer service person told me to wait a bit longer but also said I could ask for a refund since there had been no progress on the order for 5 working days. I asked for a refund and was told I would get an email confirmation, but I still haven't received it the next day. I've now sent them an email asking for confirmation but haven't heard back. Overall, the lack of care after the sale has left me feeling disappointed and I probably won't buy from them again.

    My experience at Footlocker, or should I say, Freedom Sportsline Limited, was really disappointing. They said my delivery would take between 2 to 6 days, but it ended up taking much longer. The lack of updates from their delivery partners made the situation even more frustrating, as I had no clue when my shoes would arrive. On top of that, their returns policy was a nightmare to figure out, causing even more delays in getting a refund or exchange. I suggest others to triple-check all the details before buying, as the whole process can become unnecessarily complex and time-consuming. The customer service was not helpful at all and didn't seem interested in fixing any problems, giving out incorrect information to just keep annoyed customers at bay.

It took two more days to get a response, only to be told that my order had actually been cancelled. I was assured that I would receive a refund within 3-10 days. This whole situation really let my grandson down on his birthday and left me out of pocket for a long time.     I recently bought a top and bottoms set from this store, but when my order arrived, only the top was delivered - the bottoms were missing.     I recently ordered a pair of shoes online, but they didn't fit me properly so I had to return them. The only problem was I didn't have a printer to print the return label. I live in a rural area in Scotland and all the local libraries were closed, so I couldn't find anywhere to print it. I tried contacting customer service to see if I could get a QR code instead, but they said no. It was really annoying as I just needed an alternative.

    I was determined to return the shoes, so I travelled quite far to two stores that could handle the return process. However, they both used DHL and had trouble scanning the barcodes on the printed return label. This just made things even more frustrating and caused more delays.

    I ordered something online from this shop recently but sadly, it turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. The first time I tried to order, they sent it back before even sending it out, which was all a bit confusing and annoying. I asked them what was going on, but they didn't give me a clear answer. I didn't let it put me off though, so I decided to try again and ordered a second time, only to find that my parcel was missing some things when it arrived. When I complained about it, they just told me that they did everything right on their side. The fact that they aren't taking responsibility or explaining why my stuff is missing has really wound me up and left me feeling pretty annoyed. Now I've got empty boxes in the house, a smaller bank balance, and no shoes to wear!
