Extremely unprofessional service.

I ordered a dress for a family wedding weeks in advance, coming close to the time I was informed the dress hadn't been returned by a previous customer and i couldn't avail of it. I then choose two other dresses which i was then also informed these were also not available. Baring in mind, there website indicated all dresses were available for the dates i wished to hire.

This business needs to conduct an immediate review of how they operate and the policies they have in place for when unforeseen circumstances occur like this in the future!

An absolute waste of my money and time.
I can confirm i will never use this service again and would definitely not recommend to any customer.

I can now see why this company gets such bad reviews.
My first experience was diabolical. Firstly they didn’t have the first dress I wanted which is absolutely fine so I then choose two substitute dresses which they confirmed were in stock and would come the day before my event. They didn’t even after many chasers so left me high and dry for a wedding without a dress.
Would avoid this company at all costs - if I could have given them negative stars I would have.
