Natural nail alternative purchase
I discovered this brand on Instagram through various ads and thought I'd give their natural nail alternatives a go because my real nails got wrecked by acrylics. It did take a while for the nails to arrive all the way from China to Germany, about 2 weeks, but when they finally got here, they were in really good condition. The colours and shapes were just what I was expecting, although a few of them had a slightly sharp edge that I just sorted out with a bit of filing. Surprisingly, the quality of the nails is really good considering how affordable they are, and they stick on my nails really well. I usually only wear them for short periods, like for special occasions, so I can't say for sure how long they last, but for short-term use they are great. Plus, they are super easy and quick to put on, perfect for those last-minute events.
Nail set purchase
The ordering process was really quick and simple, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the delivery was considering it came all the way from Australia. I ended up getting 4 pairs of nails, and to my surprise, they also threw in 2 free gifts - a gold necklace and another set of nails. The necklace wasn't really my style, and I was a bit let down that all the nails were the same shape and length. Despite that, applying the nails was a breeze and they came with all the tools needed for a perfect manicure. They lasted really well and had a nice variety of designs. I do wish there were more options for the free gifts, but all in all, I'm happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be back for more in the future.

I've got to say, I was really impressed with the press-on nails I bought. The quality and variety were top-notch, especially for the price. They've got all sorts of styles, shapes, and sizes, and they often have deals on bulk orders. Oh my gosh, I ended up getting six sets of press on nails and got an extra one for free, along with a ring too! How amazing is that?! I am extremely pleased with all of my sets, they look just like the pictures and I am thrilled that they included some extra goodies. The nails are really high quality and applying them is so easy. I even earned points for my purchase, woohoo! I am definitely going to purchase more for Christmas gifts, my friends are going to adore them! I am just so incredibly happy with my nail sets, I will definitely be making more purchases in the future.

I bought four sets of nails from this website on November 14th. It was my first time ordering from them, even though my sister buys from them a lot. Unfortunately, just four days after I placed my order, my card got charged for things I didn't buy in California and other online purchases. Luckily, I spotted the suspicious activity quickly and managed to prevent more harm. I'm certain that my card details were stolen through this website because I'm always careful with where I use my card online.

I've been waiting ages to get the product I paid for from this company. It feels like forever. Their customer service is basically non-existent, so it's really hard to get any updates or help. I can't even say anything about the quality of the product because I still haven't got it.
One set of really cute nails
I recently got these really cute nails from Glamermaid. I ordered the perfect pink set and they arrived promptly, no issues at all. There were plenty of nails to pick from, loads of adhesive, and they looked fantastic on my nails! The only downside was they didn't stay on for very long, but that might have been my fault because I'm not great at applying them (and I was also doing some heavy-duty gardening).
Cute and durable sets
I've bought things from this company quite a few times. Their sets are really cute and they last ages. The delivery was pretty fast too, but I don't think the glue they provide is very good so I just use my own. But yeah, all in all, I've never had any issues with them.
Unauthorized $200+ order
I'm really let down by the poor customer service I received from this company. My daughter went ahead and made a purchase without checking with me first. I tried to get in touch with them through live chat and emails, but got no response for a whole week. Finally, when they did reply, it was too late to stop the order as it had already been sent out. I had to wait an extra 24 hours just for the shipping details, and now I'm left with a product I never wanted. The return process is a nightmare - I have to cover the return postage, and there's no guarantee of a refund. It's been more than two weeks since I got the shipping info, and the tracking hasn't been updated at all. I don't even know if the package has arrived. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers, so I suggest you avoid them at all costs.
Nail art sets
I'm really disappointed with my order. It took ages to arrive, like more than 3 weeks, and when it finally came, two out of the three sets I ordered were badly painted. I was really looking forward to trying them out but now I can't even wear them. So frustrating. I suppose you do get what you pay for sometimes.

The website showed the total amount in Australian Dollars, but when I was charged, it was in US Dollars. This meant I ended up paying more than expected, which was really frustrating. The pricing on the website was not clear and I felt like I was misled. I now find it hard to trust the company and I probably won't buy from them again.
Christmas nails from glamermaid
Even though I've always been loyal to a certain brand, I thought I'd give Glamermaid a go for their Christmas nails since I couldn't find any I liked from my usual brand. It was a bit disappointing that the delivery took almost two weeks longer than expected. When the nails finally arrived, I found that they were sturdy, but the designs weren't as sharp and colourful as they appeared on the website. Out of the five pairs I ordered, two were handmade and looked good, but the other three seemed to have faded edges and looked a bit cheap. The glue stickers that came with them weren't great either, so I used my own glue, which worked better. Overall, for the price I paid, I feel like I could have gotten better quality nails elsewhere. I think I'll just stick with my trusted brand, KISS.

I recently bought a nail art kit from this company, hoping to find some good quality products for home use. But, I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my whole experience. For starters, the website seemed a bit dodgy, with some basic English and a few grammar mistakes which gave away that it was probably an Asian company. Despite calling themselves 'Australian' on Google, the prices were all in USD and their address was in Hong Kong. This false advertising left a really bad taste in my mouth, since I was expecting a genuine Aussie brand. On top of that, the company's name seemed to be a knock-off of a well-known Australian brand, Glamrdrip, which made me even more suspicious. All in all, I'd say it's best to steer clear of this company.
Two sets of nails
I bought two sets of nails from Glamermaid not long ago. It was easy to place the order, and they kept me updated on when my products would arrive. But when my nails arrived, I was a bit let down because they didn't look as good as they did in the pictures online. The designs were blurry and not as bright as I was expecting. I was really excited to try out these new nail styles, so it was a bit of a disappointment.
Order delivery delay
I ordered some nails from Glamermaid that were meant to arrive on the 5th of July. But it's now the 5th of August and I still haven't heard anything from the shipping company about where my order is. I got in touch with Glamermaid to sort it out, and they said they would send the order again six days ago. But even after emailing them a few times, I haven't had any confirmation that the new shipment has been sent.
Order not Received
I ordered my stuff ages ago and it still hasn't turned up! Seriously, what's taking so long? Canada Post need to hurry up before I start getting all wrinkly. Plus, my mum reckons she heard this website might be dodgy and that some people's credit cards have been hacked. So not cool.

To be honest, ordering was a total nightmare. I placed my order weeks back and I've still not got any tracking info.
