I tried getting in touch with customer service three times, only to receive a generic message each time saying they were looking into it.
Fast forward to yesterday, I checked my order status to find out it had been cancelled without any reason. What's more annoying is that they claimed to have my size still available. Nobody from customer service has even tried to contact me about the situation.
By contrast, I ordered another pair of shoes from a company in Hong Kong on the same night. And, you guessed it, they arrived without a hitch. I even placed another order with them last night, and it's already on its way.
