lovely experience shopping from Drahomira
I love amazing hairstyles, especially when it is creatively and uniquely done. For all my events and functions, I like styling my hair tastefully that people around always claim I steal the show. However, since my hairstylist got married and moved to be with her husband, I couldn't get someone that could style the hair to my taste. I resorted to wearing wigs, which after some time it became boring. A friend recommended I order styling products from Hairstory and that they also have a professional hairstylist who knows their onions. I decided to give them a try. I ordered styling products and also the services of their expert hairdresser. I am satisfied with the results and will always shop with Hairstory for all my hair needs. Original, smooth, tangle-free
I've been using this product for a whole year now and I have to say, I absolutely love it! Initially, it felt a bit strange without all the foam, but a little water on the head does the trick. My hair ends up feeling silky, smooth, and without any tangles, all after just one wash! I used to have to wash my hair twice, but not anymore. Delivery is not a problem because I'm subscribed to it. And considering I don't need to wash my hair as frequently and don't even need conditioner, the price seems reasonable. I'm in my 60s and have quite a lot of hair, and I don't think I'll ever switch to anything else. I even made sure my hairdresser sticks to this shampoo only!

I've been using the regular New Wash for a while now, and I have to say, it's made a real difference to my hair care routine. My hair is quite long, with a medium texture and dyed with henna, so I used to have issues with tangles even when using the most moisturising conditioners. But ever since I started using New Wash, my hair has been much easier to manage and looks a lot healthier. The silicone scalp massage brush that comes with it has been a game-changer for me, helping to spread the product evenly and keep my scalp in good condition. These days, I find myself "new washing" my hair every 3-4 days to keep it looking its best, which just shows how well this product works.
Hair cut, Rich New Wash, Soft and silky hair
I recently popped into the salon for a haircut and had the pleasure of having two different stylists work on my hair. It was quite interesting to find out that both of them independently mentioned how soft and silky my hair felt, without knowing that the other had said the exact same thing. This definitely boosted my confidence in the Rich New Wash that I've been using for the past four months. This product has truly worked wonders on my hair, getting rid of frizz and leaving it super soft and easy to handle. I'm honestly thrilled with the results and would absolutely recommend both the salon's services and the Rich New Wash to anyone who wants to achieve gorgeous, healthy hair.
Online return process
As a customer, I felt really let down by how unclear and tricky the return process was. I had to go through a lot of trouble just to find out where to send the item back, and it was so annoying. It seemed like they were intentionally making it difficult for me to get a refund. Their return policy is definitely not up to scratch, so I wouldn't suggest buying from them if you want an easy and quick process.

Since starting to use this shampoo and conditioner duo, I've been really pleased with how my hair has turned out. It's now easy to brush through after drying naturally, which I never thought was possible before - only in sci-fi films like The Hunger Games. The switch from my old shampoo was smooth, and I appreciate that this product is safe for coloured hair, great for my newly highlighted locks. New Wash Rich and Hair Balm
My hair was really dry until I gave New Wash Rich and Hair Balm a go. I wasn't sure about the price at first, but now I can't imagine going back to my old products. Since using these two, my curls are looking healthier and more manageable than ever. I only need to use New Wash once a week, along with Hair Balm and the odd bit of oil here and there. It's made a big difference - my scalp feels loads better and my hair isn't as dry. It could be a bit more moisturised maybe, but Hair Balm has done wonders for controlling the frizz without making my hair look greasy. All in all, this is by far the simplest and most successful hair routine I've ever had.
Expensive natural shampoo
I recently bought some natural shampoo from this company and I have to say, the quality is amazing. It works great on my bleached, coarse, curly hair without irritating my scalp and gives a thorough clean without lots of foam. But, it is a bit pricey at $147.00 for a 20 fl oz bottle, plus an extra $10.00 for shipping. The packaging isn't very shower-friendly and it's worth mentioning that this is a one-time purchase only, which might disappoint those wanting a long-lasting solution.
Stylist recommendation, research, effective product
After my stylist suggested this product, I thought I'd better check it out before buying. My hair is pretty average and I made sure to follow the instructions properly - rinse, rinse, and rinse some more. Since using it, my hair has felt fantastic and stays looking fresh for longer compared to other products I've used before. Even though some people said it's a bit pricey, I've actually found that it works out cheaper than buying fancy shampoo and conditioner separately.
Rich hair product
This Rich hair product has been absolutely amazing for my hair and scalp, especially during the winter when my skin gets dry. It really helps protect my colour-treated hair and makes the colour last much longer than regular shampoo. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to go longer between washes. I still use regular shampoo occasionally because my scalp can be a bit sensitive, but I use this Rich product every other day. My hair feels incredibly soft now!
New Wash
I recently tried out New Wash, which is a brilliant product even though it’s a bit expensive. Unfortunately, I had a problem with a lost shipment, but the customer service team was amazing. They quickly sent out a replacement for free and even let me keep the original order. To top it off, they also gave me a 10% discount voucher for my next purchase.
Hair product purchase
I'm really disappointed with how poorly this company has communicated with me and handled my customer service issues. I bought something from them, and they took my money straight away without even letting me know. Apparently, they sent a package to my address, but it never turned up. I didn't even realise that Hair Story had dispatched anything until it was too late, and the package was already heading back to them. Now they're saying they won't send it again, so I'm stuck without the product I paid for. It feels like a complete scam, and it's just not on to be charged for something and not receive it.
Haircare products
I bought some haircare stuff from this company not long back and I have to say I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. The products did wonders for my hair, they were top quality and did the job well. But I must say, their new focus on being 'woke' just didn't sit right with me. Even though the products worked a treat, I thought they were way overpriced, especially when you can find cheaper alternatives that do just as good a job. Companies should stick to their guns and not bend over backwards just to follow trends or be politically correct.
Shampoo and aftercare product for beach hair
I was really looking forward to trying out this hair product, especially since I spent quite a bit of money on it. However, I was left feeling really let down. The shampoo didn't do what it said it would - instead of my usual lovely hair, it ended up looking flat and oily, which isn't something I'm used to. And the aftercare product wasn't much better either, it felt like a poor quality version of something you'd find in a regular store. All in all, I was pretty gutted with how things turned out.

I've just given a new haircare product a go and it hasn't been great. My hair feels all greasy and flat, even though the brand said it would be amazing. I've been using this stuff for two months now and my hair, which is fine and coloured, is even worse off than when I just used water to wash it. Overall, my whole experience with this store was a nightmare and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I bought a haircare product from this shop recently and I have to say, it was a bit of a letdown. I was expecting my order to arrive in 2-5 days, but then I got an email saying it was going to be delayed by a whole month. When I tried to get in touch to see if I could cancel my order because of the delay, it was like crickets - total silence. They didn't even bother to acknowledge my concerns. The customer service was terrible and the lack of communication was really unprofessional.
2 in 1 hair product
The product is alright, but I reckon I gotta use a conditioner on top because my hair ends up feeling dry. So, it's not exactly a proper 2 in 1 like they say. Also, I reckon the price could be more reasonable for what you're getting. Maybe I should give a different type a go, who knows.
Shampoo & styling products
I was so excited to try out this product after seeing all the hype on Instagram, but honestly, it has been a total disaster for my hair. Even my hairdresser pointed it out! I gave it a shot for 2 months, thinking it would improve, but it just kept making things worse. What a waste of £80 on products that ended up ruining my hair.
