Multi-strain biotic
I recently bought the multi-strain biotic from this brand and I've been really impressed with how it's been working for me. I can already see improvements in my digestion, which is a huge relief. I'm hoping that as my gut health gets better, it'll also make a positive difference to my skin. I did read some reviews where people mentioned having some negative side effects, but I know that can happen when you're introducing live probiotics into your system. I bought this skincare product and it cost way too much, but sadly it didn't do what it promised. I tried getting help from the creator, but that turned out to be a waste of time. To top it off, using the product actually made my skin worse. I was gutted to find out that I'd have to pay for postage to send it back and get my money back, which was just rubbing salt in the wound.

I recently bought some skincare products from this company and I must say, I am really disappointed with the whole experience. They not only charged me twice, but also refused to take back an unopened item. It feels like a scam, if I'm honest. When I tried to sort it out, they just blamed the payment company and ignored the issue. Also, the communication was not clear - they said I gave them the wrong email address, but they managed to email me without any issues. It's frustrating and not very professional.
Seeds in juice
I bought some juices from this company, and I was really let down to find seeds in one of the bottles. I got in touch with their customer service team and sent them pictures of the seeds. I even sent the bottle back for them to check. But they just made excuses and didn't reply to my emails properly. They kept saying there weren't any seeds in their juice, which was so annoying. I won't be buying from them again. I suggest trying Kitchen Rebel instead, they have better juices and amazing customer service.
Overpriced products
I was well gutted with my time at this place. The customer service was proper awful - they wouldn't even give back my dosh after I reacted to one of their products. And to top it off, the stuff is dead expensive and doesn't even do what they say it does. Then I got loads of unwanted emails bugging me to tell them how great they are. Just a total waste of time and money, really.

I'm afraid the skin care products I bought just didn't work for me. Even though I followed all the instructions and gave them enough time, my skin didn't seem to improve at all. It was really disappointing not to see any results, and I felt pretty annoyed when they suggested that I should just buy more products instead of helping me fix the problem. On top of that, the customer service was really rude and unhelpful, which didn't leave me with a good impression at all.

I bought a couple of bottles and signed up for regular deliveries. I decided to cancel the subscription because I didn't think it was making a difference. They make you commit to three purchases! If a product is genuinely good and they support it, why won't they let you opt out whenever you choose?

I purchased the MULTI STRAIN BIOTIC, thinking it would give me a health boost, but unfortunately, it made me feel really unwell. It left me feeling nauseous and bloated, and overall, it made me feel quite sick. When I tried to cancel my subscription because of these negative effects, I was surprised by their response. They wouldn't let me cancel and said I had to keep receiving it for at least three months or pay a £15 fee to cancel. This lack of concern for their customers is not okay, especially when their product is supposed to make you healthier, not make you sick.
