Blouse online purchase
I bought a blouse online not long ago and I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. Ordering it was easy peasy and it turned up at my door just 2 days later. The blouse was all wrapped up nicely and looked really good. You can tell it's good quality, well made and the material feels like it'll last. Only issue was the fit - I went for a size 12 since I hadn't ordered from them before and I wasn't sure about their sizes. The blouse ended up a bit big on the bust, but it's fine everywhere else.
Fitted and semi-fitted shirts
I recently bought some fitted and semi-fitted shirts from this company, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The shirts are great quality and the designs are really well done. I tried to order a shirt for a family event, but oh no, it didn't arrive! I placed the order on the 24th of May and it's now the 6th of June and I still haven't received it! I've been trying to contact them through calls and texts, but all I get are excuses and lies. I even requested a refund, but they are refusing to give it back to me. It's really disappointing, not cool at all.

I recently got some new shirts from here and the quality is really good! I did have to return a few though because I was figuring out the sizes since it was my first time buying from here. Now that I know my size, I will definitely be ordering more. It's just a shame they don't have a store nearer to Portsmouth because I would really like to visit one.

Woven silk ties - quality concerns
I bought three silk ties in January, and already two of them have snags after just a few weeks of wearing them normally. When I got in touch with Customer Service about it, they told me it was due to pilling and not a manufacturing fault. They suggested I buy a pilling brush to fix it myself. I even sent them photos showing that it doesn't look like pilling. This whole situation has made me doubt the quality of the ties and whether they are actually well- made.
Menswear shirts
I was really pleased with the quality of the men's shirts I bought, they were top-notch as usual. But I have to say, I was a bit let down by the sizing and fit of the women's shirts. The fitted and semi-fitted styles just didn't work for me, being a size 12.

The website was really easy to use and the shirts were even better than I expected - total bargain, especially with all the deals going on. I did think it would have been nice to see more options for women's double-cuff shirts and cufflinks though. The delivery was super quick and everything arrived nicely packed.
Oversized Shirt
I bought a really big shirt from this shop thinking it would be nice and comfy, but it turned out to be way smaller than I expected. I struggled to even do up the buttons, it felt more like a normal sized shirt. It seems like lots of stores have this problem with their sizes, and it's annoying for people like me who need certain sizes. I hope they listen to this feedback for the future.

I popped into this great store for a new suit and the guy assisting me, Aymanh, was awesome! He really knew his stuff when it came to suits and made me feel very sophisticated. Shopping for clothes has never been so enjoyable for me. I'll definitely be returning to see Aymanh next time I need a suit.

Blue checked dress shirt

So, I got in touch with customer service to cancel the order and get a refund because I wouldn't be around when it arrived. The team's response was terrible, they didn't seem to get my problem at all. To make things worse, the tracking system still shows no sign of the item being delivered. This whole situation has been really annoying and disappointing.
