Heat holder blanket purchase
I recently bought a heat holder blanket as a present for a mate, and honestly, it's top-notch quality. The blanket is a decent size, super soft, and keeps you nice and warm. I was given one a few years back and it's still in perfect condition, so I thought my friend would love it too. I went for the teal and gold combo, which I reckon looks great. The price is really good for the quality you get. I also like that you can add Royal Mail tracking for just a quid - it's reassuring to know where your parcel is. Overall, I'm really impressed with both the product and the service from this company.

Lite heat holders socks
I absolutely love these socks! My circulation isn't great in my feet, but these socks have made a huge difference. I wear them when I'm out walking or mountain biking in the cold, and they keep my feet warm and cozy without being too thick. Warm socks
These socks are just terrible! I got them, washed them once, and bam, big hole! What a waste of money! I was really excited for them to keep me warm and cozy, but they fell apart after one wash. I was really looking forward to wearing them in the winter, but now I can't because they're already falling apart. I wouldn't suggest these to anyone, better save your money and buy something else instead.
Warm socks, poor quality
I bought a pair of cozy socks from this company recently and I have to say I'm really let down by them. The first pair I got got a hole in them after only wearing them once, but the company sent me a free replacement. But now, the second pair is already looking worn out after just one wear too! And to make matters worse, I haven't even washed them yet, so I dread to think how they'll look after that. Overall, I wouldn't suggest buying these socks because they're not very good quality, especially for the price.

Original Heat Holders socks, thermal lining issue
I bought seven pairs of the Original Heat Holders socks at the beginning of December and made sure to follow the care instructions carefully. But after washing them according to the directions, the thermal lining of all the socks got all matted and squashed, making them not as warm as they were when I first got them. It's really not on for a product that costs so much to have this kind of quality problem. It's just disappointing.

I just felt like I wasted my money on these socks, so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking to keep their feet warm in the cold weather.

I recently bought my daughter a pair of gloves because she suffers from Reynard's syndrome and I wanted to keep her hands warm in the cold weather. But even though I got an email saying the gloves had been delivered, my daughter never actually got them. I've contacted customer service twice now, but I haven't heard anything back about the missing gloves. As a worried parent who just wants to help my daughter, I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and sorting out of this issue.

I bought 12 pairs of socks from this shop and I've been pretty happy with them. They're really good at keeping my feet warm in the winter. Only had a small problem with one pair, but the customer service was top-notch. They sorted out my issue fast and I was happy with how they handled it. Just after two months, all three pairs ended up with holes and had to be binned. Stick to Icebreaker or Brasher – they've never let me down and last for years without any problems.
