I recently treated myself to a watch from House Of Watches for my birthday. I was after something classy and comfy, and the seconda watch was just what I was looking for. The design was lovely and went well with my bracelets. I was really impressed with how good the watch looked and felt, it was the ideal birthday present to myself. The customer service was top-notch, the staff knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect watch. Ordering was easy and the prices were fair for such a quality watch. The delivery was quick and the watch arrived in perfect condition. All in all, I had a fantastic shopping experience with House Of Watches and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone after a chic timepiece.

I recently bought a watch from House Of Watches, and to be honest, I'm pretty happy with the whole experience. They had a great range of watches on their website, and I managed to find just what I was after. The ordering was easy peasy, and I liked the fact that I could do it all online. However, when my watch turned up, I was a bit let down by the packaging. It was just in a plain old jiffy bag with no extra protection like bubble wrap, so I was a tad worried about it getting knocked about in the post. Luckily, the watch itself was fine, but I reckon some better packaging would have put my mind at ease.

I ordered a smartwatch from House of watches a few weeks ago and discovered it was not the type nor color I wanted. I immediately called customer service which responded to me nicely. She requested I returned the watch in its original state and would be refunded or I could pick another. Which I did immediately. I was surprised to be informed that my orders were received in a good state within a few hours. I made an order for another as a replacement the next day and got it the following day. Their services are great and their product is awesome. I will purchase again, thank you.

Expensive watch purchase to Ireland

When the order arrived in Ireland, I got quite a shock when the local post office slapped me with an extra 80€ for VAT. It was annoying because I thought I had already paid the VAT when I bought the watch. I tried reaching out to their support team a few times, but I haven't heard anything back or got it sorted. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with their service.
