Got a replacement within few days.
I ordered a smartwatch from House of watches a few weeks ago and discovered it was not the type nor color I wanted. I immediately called customer service which responded to me nicely. She requested I returned the watch in its original state and would be refunded or I could pick another. Which I did immediately. I was surprised to be informed that my orders were received in a good state within a few hours. I made an order for another as a replacement the next day and got it the following day. Their services are great and their product is awesome. I will purchase again, thank you.
