    Sofa purchase, Richmond branch

    I bought a sofa from the Richmond branch back in November 2022 and I paid for it in full. But, after waiting for 7 months and not hearing anything about my order, I had to keep contacting them to find out what was happening. The owner, Mr Jit Bhasin, kept giving me excuses like being ill, family bereavement, lack of staff, and problems with materials, but they never sorted it out. In the end, I had to contact my credit card company just to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company as they aren't reliable. My thoughts are with the shop staff who might be facing similar issues from customers regularly.

    Sofa and ottoman order delay

    I ordered a sofa and ottoman from your store back in June, but they still haven't shown up. Just like other customers, I've had delays with my delivery. I've tried talking to Head Office and even got in touch with Jit, who I think is the Managing Director, but it doesn't seem like we're making much progress with fixing the issue. I really liked the product itself, and the staff at the Bath Store were fantastic with their customer service. However, hearing excuses about delivery and manufacturing issues from Jit over and over has left me feeling quite unhappy. At this point, I'm thinking about asking for a refund because waiting this long for my order to arrive is really disappointing.

    Pretty cushion covers

    So I bought these really cute cushion covers online and you know what? They never arrived! I mean, come on, how annoying is that? I waited and waited but nothing came.     Sofas purchased in February 2022

    I wouldn't recommend buying anything that needs to be made or delivered from this place. I ordered two sofas back in February 2022, expecting them to arrive in 18 weeks. But here we are, in June 2023, and still no sign of the sofas. Communication stopped in September 2022, and Jit, the MD, promised to call back but never did. Now I'm dealing with a different branch since the one I ordered from closed down, and I'm still not getting straight answers. The head office doesn't seem to know anything about my order. It's all a bit of a mess, so I would suggest steering clear of this place!

    I've just ordered a sofa from this company, and I must say I'm very disappointed with how things have gone. The website gave me the wrong idea about when it would be delivered, and the customer service team weren't very useful or quick to reply. When the sofa eventually turned up, it wasn't as good quality as I thought it would be given how much I paid. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

    Mirror order delay

    It's clear that India Jane has a great selection of beautiful interior decor items that really catch the eye of customers due to their uniqueness. I've been a loyal customer for a while, always liking the quality and style of their products. However, I had a bit of a letdown recently when my daughter ordered a mirror two months back but still hasn't got it. She paid in advance but the mirror never arrived as promised. What's even more annoying is that the customer service team isn't responding to our calls or emails, making things even more confusing. A good business should keep communication open with customers, especially when there are problems with orders. I hope India Jane can sort this out quickly and offer a clear way for customers like me to get help with delivery issues.

    I picked up these 5 really nice bird prints and they look fantastic hanging on my wall. They arrived pretty fast and the box they came in was really fancy. I've ordered from this shop before and it's always been great. Big shout out to everyone at the store!

    Several prints in March

    As a customer who ordered a few prints back in March, I am honestly really disappointed with the service I received. The company said they had some issues with the parts needed, so my lovely prints never arrived. Now, to top it off, it looks like the company has shut down. It's been so long that I can't even get a refund from PayPal. This whole situation has just been a complete nightmare, and I wouldn't suggest anyone use this company.

    Ritz Snuggler chair

    Oh my goodness, everyone. I ordered a Ritz Snuggler chair back in April and I was really looking forward to it arriving. But guess what? It never showed up! I kept waiting and waiting, I even followed up after waiting for 5 months and was told it would be on its way soon. I tried again in October but couldn't get hold of anyone. It's like my chair is stuck in chair purgatory or something! I wish I knew where it was so I could go and pick it up myself. Now I have to start the whole chair-hunting process from scratch. It's so disappointing! 😭😭

    Large wooden mirror purchase

    I recently bought a big wooden mirror from this company, but I was really let down by their lack of communication and transparency. It seems like they've disappeared without letting their customers know, leaving us all in the dark about our orders. I put in my order back in July and still haven't heard anything back or been given any shipping details. Their customer service is non-existent, and their website isn't even working. I feel like I've been ripped off by this company, and now I'll have to go through the hassle of asking my credit card company for a refund. It's just not on for a business to operate in such a dodgy way.

    Sofa shopping experience

    I recently popped into one of my all-time favourite shops to have a browse at some sofas. I must say, it was a pleasant surprise to see Ligia, the lovely lady with blonde hair, still working there. She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I was on the hunt for some new sofas to replace my old and worn-out ones, and Ligia offered me some fantastic advice that really helped me make a good choice. I would definitely recommend turning to Ligia if you're in need of some furniture guidance. All in all, my trip to the shop was really enjoyable and I truly appreciated the exceptional service provided by Ligia and the rest of the team.

    Coffee table and two lamp tables

    I bought a coffee table and two lamp tables back in July 2023 from this store. Sadly, I've been really let down by them. When I went to the Bath store towards the end of August to check on my order, they said it would arrive on time as expected. But over time, I noticed the store looking a bit abandoned and when I asked, they said it was now just an outlet store. This worried me because it didn't match what I was told before. I've tried emailing them three times but haven't heard back at all. It seems like they've taken my money without any plans to send me my order, making me think they might not be very honest.

    I can't believe how cheeky this company is. I bought some stuff that was basically just expensive rubbish. The quality was awful, and I felt like I'd been totally ripped off. And to top it off, when the company went bust, no one got in touch to tell me about getting my stuff. I felt like they'd taken my money and run, and the way they didn't keep me updated or look after me as a customer was just terrible. I really hope they get what they deserve for being so dishonest in their business dealings.

    This company is a complete joke! I ordered some stuff ages ago and still haven't got them. They keep saying they'll deliver soon but nothing happens, and they don't reply to emails or answer calls. The owner is the worst, and that sets the tone for how bad their customer service is. Don't go near this company, trust me!
