Return label issue
I can't believe it! I ordered something online and it didn't fit, so I needed to return it. But now they keep saying they have a technical problem with issuing return labels. I've seen other reviews saying the same thing, so I've lost trust in them. I've contacted them so many times, but they just keep telling me to wait and aren't solving the problem. It feels like they're avoiding giving me my money back... it's so unfair! If you're experiencing the same issue, let's report it to the commission together.
Cotton and linen shirt
I bought a red shirt made of cotton and linen not long ago, but to my dismay, I ended up with a white and blue striped one instead. I got in touch with customer service regarding the mix-up, and they told me to send it back. So, I did just that but it's been ages now and still no word on my refund. It was my initial experience shopping online from that store, and honestly, it will be the last. The whole online service was a big disappointment.
Lingerie and sleepwear purchase
My recent experience with this company has been super frustrating. I bought some lingerie and sleepwear items and was really looking forward to updating my wardrobe with some nice pieces. I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. The customer service was just non-existent and when I got my order, it was all wrong. They didn't just send the wrong stuff, they also made it difficult for me to return it. I had to go through the hassle of finding a printer to print out the return label and then locate a UPS store to send back the incorrect items they sent. I recently bought some lingerie online and I must say, I was quite let down with the whole thing. Lingerie set
I bought a lingerie set from this company not too long ago and boy, did I run into some trouble trying to return it! I couldn't generate a return on their website, so I got in touch with their customer service team for help. I ended up speaking to a guy called Kevin, who was just so rude and unhelpful. He basically ended the chat without offering me any help or advice, which really got me frustrated and upset.
Then another customer service rep told me that the return button was missing on the website, so they couldn't generate my return. And when I finally managed to log into my account, I couldn't find any orders in my history, even though I literally received the order that day. Talk about lack of organisation and communication on their part - it's just not on!
Now I have to go all the way to the shop in person to return the item, which is going to be such a hassle and cost me time and money. Overall, my experience with this company has been a huge letdown, so I'd recommend others to avoid it and shop elsewhere.My refund process
I had to wait so long for my money back after returning something. I even emailed them twice but still no refund. Finally got an email today saying it's sorted, but now I'm wondering when I'll actually get my money. Too scared to return anything else in case it takes ages again. Won't be ordering online from them in future.

Item received was an awful scrap of material, very cheap and tacky.
A month later still no refund. Any enquiry just languishes until I get an email saying it’s resolved, but still no refund. I think these are actually scammers, not a genuine company.Silk Camisole Set
My first time of ordering Intimissimi and have to say I’m absolutely in love with the Silk Cami Set. The lace detailing on the bust and on the bottom of the silk shorts is so cute. The fit to size is perfect. I love the lightness of the silk fabric against my skin and the coolness. The camisole set looks so gorgeous on me and I’m looking forward to wearing more silk camisole sets in different colours as well as the silk chemise.

Totally dissatisfied with Customer Service.Delivery
I did order lingerie on saturday, I have chosen standard delivery 48h. on tuesday I call them where is my parcel and they said that they are packing it now. Later on a recived an email where is written that standard delivery is 4-5 working days and express delivery 48-72h and on website express delivery was next day.
