    Replacement badge for suitcase

    I recently had the unfortunate experience of losing the badge from my suitcase after a trip to Barcelona. I noticed that the badge must have fallen off during the journey, probably because the suitcase was handled roughly on the plane. So, I got in touch with the company and sent them some photos of the missing badge. I was really surprised by how great their customer service was. They got back to me right away and said they would send me a new badge. I was so happy to hear this because I really like my suitcase. I am thankful for their quick and efficient communication and for solving the problem so promptly. I just wanted to say a big thank you for your outstanding customer service!

    Suitcase handle replacement

    I had a bit of an issue with my suitcase handle and tried emailing the company about it, but ran into a glitch. However, when I gave them a ring, I was really pleased with how quickly they sorted it all out and their efficient service. They sent me a new handle straight away without me having to send back the old one. It's nice to see such great customer service from a British company. They even give a ten-year warranty, which shows they have confidence in their products. My only suggestion for them would be to offer a phone number or live chat for customer service, as relying solely on emails can be a bit frustrating.

    Repair of hand luggage wheels

    My wife and I had a bit of a problem with the wheels on our hand luggage the other day. We've had this brand for eight years now, and during our last trip, we noticed the wheels weren't rolling smoothly. I got in touch with customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded. The person I spoke to, Zhao, was really helpful and knew their stuff. They quickly found the replacement wheels and talked me through how to order them.     Warranty replacement

    Large suitcase purchase

    Even though the service and price were great, I was really let down by the quality of the suitcase. It was so disappointing how after just one trip, the wheels collapsed and I couldn't wheel it properly anymore. It seemed like a disposable item after just one use, which is not what you want in a suitcase. I would suggest going for a more well-known brand like AT or Samsonite for better quality and lasting durability.

    Ten-year warranty

    I recently had a great experience with the customer service at this luggage company, and I must say, it was a pleasant surprise. I got a replacement case within just 72 hours of claiming on my ten-year warranty, and the whole process was really quick and efficient.     Out-of-warranty wheel replacement

    The customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic. Even though it's in the USA, I was really impressed by how dedicated and efficient the UK division is. When my luggage got damaged by the airline and I needed a new wheel, Ashlea was amazing and really went the extra mile to assist me. She took a close look at the photos I sent and was able to find the exact part I needed. I was really amazed by her expertise and how helpful she was from start to finish.     Suitcase return due to colour mismatch

    I had to send back something I bought because it didn't match the colour I wanted, and dealing with YODEL, the courier, was a nightmare. They couldn't pick it up twice, which was annoying. Thankfully, the IT customer service team sorted it out and got another courier to collect it within the timeframe. They were really nice and understanding in their emails, which helped a lot in sorting out the problem. I'm thankful for their help in fixing the situation and glad for the good customer service.

    I bought a luggage set from this company not long ago and I was really impressed with how good the products were. The bags are strong, look good, and are really useful for all my travelling.     Faulty suitcase

    I was really shocked by the customer service I received when I tried to sort out a problem with a faulty suitcase. I did everything they told me to do, sent back the broken case, and was told I'd get a new one quickly. But, months passed with no news or fix. I had to keep asking for updates, but all I got were vague replies and no solutions. I not only didn't get a replacement, but I had to buy a new suitcase for a holiday because customer service didn't communicate or do anything. This whole thing has really upset me, and I'm very disappointed in how little care was shown to me, a loyal customer.

    I recently bought a really lightweight suitcase from this shop and I have to say, I am really impressed with the service I got.     Purchased suitcase and attempted warranty claim

    I'm really not happy with the suitcase I bought for my son. The stitching and lining came apart inside, so I tried to claim under the warranty. Even though I showed them the proof of purchase, I was ignored for months and then told to just use superglue to fix it, which I think is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I recently got an order for my daughter, and the suitcase was obviously a returned item with holes in the lining, scratches, scuffs, and marks on the wheels. The customer service I've had to deal with has been absolutely ridiculous.

    Set of 3 interconnected suitcases

    I bought this really handy set of 3 suitcases from a company recently. They were an absolute game-changer for us on our trips. My husband actually got them, but I thought they were fantastic, especially because I had just had surgery on my ankle and was hobbling around on crutches. The suitcases had this cool design that let him connect them together at the sides, so he only had to pull one instead of three. It made getting through airports and hotels a whole lot simpler for us.
