Simply Amazing
If you are looking for a place where you can buy nice jackets, you might want to consider Jack1t. The jackets arrived so soon and are beautiful. I fell in love with them after putting them on and instantly felt the comfort. Thank you for providing 100% customer satisfaction. My order was delivered very quick. I wore the jacket all day after receiving by them from Jack1t and they were extremely comfortable.

I recently bought a winter coat from this store and I have to say I am really impressed with the quality and design of the product. My wife and I have been loyal customers for years now, and we have never had any problems with any of our purchases. The down Nucl1us winter coat that I purchased is simply fantastic in terms of its warmth and functionality. The attention to detail in the design is outstanding, and the overall quality is better than any other brand at this price point. I must admit, you would have to pay Moncler or Canada Goose prices to get a coat of similar quality. When compared to North Face, Jack1t really stands out as the better choice in terms of quality. I couldn't help but laugh at a previous review that criticised this brand, especially considering they are known for their on-trend branding too!
Bomber Jacket Purchase
I recently bought a Bomber Jacket from this company. The ordering process was really smooth and my jacket arrived in just 2 days, which I thought was pretty impressive. The quality of the jacket is decent and matches what was described on the website. However, I was a bit let down by a few things when I compared it to the original Jack1T brand. The quality of the new version isn't as amazing as the original, and the packaging is no longer as fancy. Also, the sizing seems to have changed, as a large now fits more like a medium. All in all, while the product is still okay, it doesn't quite meet the high standards set by the original brand. Sadly, I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again.
Warm and comfortable jackets
I've just got my jackets and I have to say, I'm really impressed. They're super warm and comfy, just what I need for the chilly months ahead. The delivery took a bit longer than I thought, but you know what they say, good things come to those who wait. The fit was a tad snug for me, so I'd recommend going up a size if you plan on layering up underneath. But to be honest, the jackets are so snug and cosy, you might not even need that extra layer. All in all, really happy with my purchase.
Incorrect item received, awaiting refund
I'm really not happy with the service I've received from this company. They don't have a customer service number you can call for help straight away, you have to send an email with any problems. The problem is, they take ages to reply to emails. I'm still waiting for a refund from an order I made back in November. They got my order wrong to begin with, then I finally got the right item a month later, but it was the wrong size. I sent it back over a week ago and still haven't got my money back. It's so frustrating how they don't keep in touch and fix things quickly. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company.

I bought a jacket online not long ago and was really impressed with how good it was and how quickly it arrived. It came in just 2 days and I really like it. The customer service team were really helpful too when I had to send back my first order because it was the wrong size.
Luxurious and warm jacket
This jacket is absolutely amazing and exceeded all my expectations. It's so comfy, warm, and feels incredibly luxurious. The quality is excellent, you can really tell it's well-made. The packaging it came in was really impressive and added to the whole excitement. The delivery was super fast too, which was a nice surprise. The only downside is that, unfortunately, it didn't magically turn me into the model wearing it. Oh well, you can't have it all, can you?
Jackets quality is amazing!
I can't believe people are moaning about the jackets from this website, they are top-quality! I used to be a fan of Superdry jackets, but Jack1t has blown me away with their superior products. The jackets are full of stunning details, vibrant colours, and thick materials that keep you cosy even in awful weather. Plus, they fit like a dream. I'm definitely going to order more from this site and I suggest you check it out too - you won't be disappointed!
Drawstring jacket purchase
The jacket I got from this shop had its drawstrings break after just a few times of wearing it, even though it cost a lot. I was let down by how quickly it fell apart. But I gotta say, Mark from customer service did a top job. He was really there for me, gave me assistance, and seemed genuinely caring while helping me get a refund for the dodgy item. So, even though I was disappointed at first, I was happy with how they sorted it out in the end.
Quality jackets
What a change in fortune! I was so angry when I waited 15 days without any updates on my order. The customer service was really bad, and their reason for moving warehouses for two weeks seemed like a total lie. But then, things started to look up when the Support team stepped in, sorted out the delay, and quickly sent out the product. I have to admit, the jackets were really good quality and made it all worth it in the end.
Medium jacket, Street sport quilt down puffer
I don't understand why some folks are saying you should go for a bigger size. I'm 5 foot 12 (which is basically 6 feet) and the medium fits me perfectly. The delivery was really fast, it came all the way from England to Scotland right on schedule. The jacket is top-notch quality and feels amazing on.
Expensive winter coat
I splashed out loads on this supposedly top-notch winter coat, only for the zips to start looking dodgy after just a couple of wears. Got in touch with customer service and pretty much got told too bad, we might sort it out in a couple of years. Asked for a refund but have heard nothing back. Totally not on for something in this price bracket. Definitely won't be singing Jack1t's praises to anyone from now on.

I bought some jackets from this store recently and had a little issue with one of them. I contacted customer service and they were really quick and helpful in resolving the problem. The jackets are of really good quality, I liked them so much that I ended up buying two to make sure I got the right colour. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and I think it's a great deal for the price.
Recent Jacket Purchase
Even though the item I bought was good quality, I was not very happy with my overall experience. The jacket was delivered in a badly sealed bag, which was a letdown given how expensive it was. Additionally, I had to send the jacket back, and while the company said they received it, I am still waiting for the refund - it's been 14 days already. It's frustrating to see them take my money straight away, but then take ages to give it back. The customer service is not as quick and efficient as you would expect from a top brand. So, based on what I've been through, I wouldn't recommend this company to others.
Coat not received after 3 weeks
This company is just a nightmare when it comes to customer service, honestly. I ordered a coat three weeks ago and I haven't seen hide nor hair of it yet. When I got in touch with their customer service, all I got was repetitive generic emails or sometimes no response at all. It's a total joke and easily the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I'd advise anyone to steer clear and not bother buying from this company!
Expensive purchase, bad quality
I was really disappointed with the product I bought - the quality wasn't great considering how much I paid. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare! It was really difficult to get hold of them because there's no contact centre, and going back and forth with emails just took so much time and effort. You need a lot of patience to deal with this company. I won't be buying from them again in the future, that's for sure.
Delayed delivery, poor customer service
My experience with this company has been really bad. I placed an order for a product several weeks ago and it's still stuck at customs for scanning. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but I haven't gotten any useful answers or updates on where my product is. The lack of communication and honesty is really annoying and unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.
Overcharged on purchase
I bought something for £219, but got charged £319 by this dodgy third-party company. I tried talking to their customer service loads of times to sort it out, but they didn't want to give me my money back. Now I have to go through my bank to try and sort this mess out. It's against the law for them to charge me the wrong amount, so I'd suggest staying well away from this company. Global Supplies, the company responsible for fulfilling the order, should be dealing with the consequences of their shady practices.
Delayed Jacket Delivery
I bought a jacket from this company, and I have to say, the service was really disappointing. I waited for days for my jacket to turn up, and I was left wondering where it had got to. I tried to get in touch with them several times, but they never got back to me. It was so annoying not knowing if I'd been ripped off or if they'd just forgotten about my order. Finally, after 11 long days of waiting and sending loads of emails and messages, the jacket finally showed up. The jacket itself was decent quality, but the whole experience was soured by the terrible service and lack of communication.
