These brands are divided into different sections, in their men’s section the company offers wares such as accessories, bags, blazers, jeans, shirts and a variety of other products. In the women’s section, they offer products such as accessories as well, bags, dresses, shoes and other ladies like wares that might catch a prospective customers fancy.Vintage leather bag
Despite the negative reviews I had seen, being a first-time customer, I decided to take a risk and order a vintage leather bag. I rang up the store beforehand to ask about the sizing, and the person I spoke to was really friendly and knew their stuff, which put my mind at ease. The process of placing the order was easy, it was dealt with quickly, and the delivery came without any delays. When the bag turned up, it was packed securely and was in perfect condition. Barbour shacket in XL
I was really disappointed with the Barbour shacket I ordered in XL. It turned out to be smaller than expected, measuring 3cms less than a similar Barbour item I already have. This meant I had to return it. I really wish that retailers would be more accurate in advertising the sizing of their items. It can be so frustrating to receive something that doesn't fit properly.

Faulty trainers
I bought some trainers from that shop not long ago and one of them had a big old fault in the making. They still went ahead and sold them to people, can you believe it? I had to take them back on my own dime, which was annoying because I shouldn't have had to deal with that mess in the first place.
Poor quality jumper
I bought a jumper from a store recently, but I was really disappointed when it got four holes after I washed it for the first time. I got in touch with customer service straight away to sort it out, but they blamed me for the damage and wouldn't take any responsibility. I was feeling annoyed, so I decided to buy the same jumper in a different colour from a different shop, but the same thing happened. This time though, the other store exchanged the faulty jumper with no issues at all. It's a shame that Jules B didn't handle it well, as it's not good to sell things that fall apart after just one wash.

Paul Smith long-sleeve polo top
I bought a Paul Smith long-sleeve polo from your shop, but I had a problem with it. After wearing it a few times and following the washing instructions, I noticed some holes along the seams at the cuff and sleeve on one arm. It definitely seems like a manufacturing problem, as I've seen similar complaints in other reviews. It's a letdown to see this quality issue, especially for a brand like Paul Smith.
