My beautiful gown won the day
Being plus-sized could be a bit stressful especially when it comes to selecting dresses. I had dinner and needed to look vogue, comfortable and take-away. I went through all the boutiques down my street but could not get any dress that looks stunning for the dinner. I went through clothing stores online and discovered JustFashionNow. I checked through the catalog and saw my dream gown. I added it to my cart, made the payment, and got my goods after some days. I wore the gown to the dinner with little accessories. All eyes were on me, I met my fiance that day. Thanks to JustFashionNow.
Ladies tops
The worst experience ever. In December 2022, I ordered and paid for 12 different tops. In almost 2 months, after long exchanges of emails, items getting out of stock, being substituted by different items, only 8 items finally received. After having decided not to wait any longer, I cancelled the remaining 4 items and asked for refund. And again the problems started, the company insisted that 9 items had been delivered, didn’t accept the fact that only 8 items received. In March a partial refund (less than for three items) was made. The company cannot be trusted and their behaviour bring doubt and shadow on other, really trustworthy on line companies. What a disgrace.
A jumper
Note that the 'returns policy' leaves the customer responsible for postage and possible customs to their returns centre in Guangzhou, China! We were offered a 15% refund instead. A disgrace.
