I've bought from this online shop a few times now and I must say, I'm really impressed. Returning items is pretty simple, although they do take the shipping cost out of your refund. Their customer service isn't the best, but they do get back to emails in the end. The clothes are surprisingly good quality for the price, although it's best to go for a bigger size for a better fit. Delivery times can be inconsistent, sometimes it's really fast and other times it takes about a week. All in all, not a bad choice if you're after affordable clothes that are still decent quality.

Velvet tracksuits and co ords
I bought a bunch of stuff from this website not too long ago and ended up splashing out quite a bit of cash on different things. But, I've got to say, I'm a bit gutted about the velvet tracksuits I got - they're just not up to scratch. The material feels a bit naff and even after a few washes, they're still leaking dye and shedding fluff. On the flip side, the co-ords I bought are actually pretty decent quality. It's a shame to see such big differences in quality between the items, to be honest.

Clothing outfit
I haven't been able to try on my new clothes yet because I've been sick. The company kept asking me to change my review because I hadn't received my order when I first wrote it. I placed my order on March 31st and it was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days, but by April 7th, I still hadn't gotten it. They marked it as sent on April 3rd, but didn't give any tracking info. I finally got my order on April 8th. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience.
Rose tracksuit gift purchase
The rose tracksuit I got as a present was a good fit in general, but I do think that the jumper could have been a bit longer. The material was decent, and it was comfortable to wear. I definitely feel like it was worth the money I paid for it.
Long line padded coat for tall son's birthday
I was really in need of a long padded coat for my son who is 6ft 2in tall, for his birthday. Well, I had a bit of a mix-up with the company I first wrote about, but they got in touch with me and cleared things up. Apparently, I was meant to be singing the praises of the jeans I got for my daughter from there. Silly me! The jeans were top-notch quality and my daughter is over the moon with them. I was really impressed with my recent purchase from Just Your Outfit. The top and hoodie I ordered were such good quality, the materials used were top-notch, and they are really comfy to wear. I've worn them loads since I got them and they still look brand new. The pyjamas I bought were exactly like they were shown on the website, really cute. I'm so pleased with everything I got.
Longline gilet and 2 angel wing cardigans
I initially thought I was happy with the 3 items I got - a longline gilet and 2 angel wing cardigans. But when I had a proper look, my excitement faded pretty fast. The gilet had loose threads and some parts weren't sewn properly, and the cardigans were way too light. One of them even had a sleeve falling off, and the other was covered in loose threads. Honestly, the quality wasn't what I was hoping for.
Bargain jeans, true to size, quick postage
At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from this website since I'd never tried it out. But, I was actually really pleased with the cheap jeans I bought. They fit perfectly and the material was really good. The delivery was fast and smooth. I'm really happy with what I got and I'll definitely be getting more stuff from here again.
Recent clothing order
The way this brand communicated was just awful. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone, there was no live chat, no phone number, not even a WhatsApp option which is pretty standard for clothing brands these days. It was so annoying not being able to find out any info about my order.
And to add to that, when the delivery was supposed to happen, the courier didn't turn up and there was no explanation whatsoever. I spent the whole day waiting for the delivery from 8AM to 7PM, but nobody showed up. The lack of communication and the fact that the delivery service was so unreliable left a lot to be desired.
It was pretty obvious they used a dodgy courier service, which meant my order didn't arrive on time. The customer service as a whole was below average, and it felt like they weren't bothered about keeping customers happy.
In the end, I've learned my lesson not to trust a new and unknown business for my clothing needs.Tracksuit purchase

Delayed delivery and poor customer service
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from this online retailer. I thought I was getting next day delivery, but my package didn't arrive until 4 days later, way after I needed it. So, I had to scramble to find the same product elsewhere to meet my deadline. I sent back the late delivery straight away and asked for a refund on the delivery cost because I didn't think it was right to pay for a service that wasn't delivered as promised. But, the customer service team I dealt with were not helpful at all, they didn't want to admit fault for the delay. I just feel let down and frustrated with the way they've handled everything.
Tracksuit purchase for Christmas
What a nightmare! I can't believe I'm not the only one who got let down by this online shop. So, I ordered a tracksuit for my partner's Christmas present and it's been a disaster! No confirmation email, and when the package finally arrived, the tracksuit was nothing like what they advertised. The quality was shocking, wrong colour, just terrible. I'm sending it right back. Won't be dealing with them ever again, that's for sure.
