Device for cystocele gr2
I bought a product to help with my cystocele gr2 issue. I contacted customer service by email and Emma got back to me quickly, she was very helpful. So far, I've just started using the device and haven't noticed any changes yet. I'm following the instructions for prolapse in the manual. I was a bit worried about how much of the device to put inside, but Emma said as long as the cable is outside and I don't use too much gel, it should be ok. Right now, I'm on program 10 for a month and will switch to program 11 next. I'll update you on how I'm getting on.
Pelvic floor trainer purchase
I was really happy with my purchase of the pelvic floor trainer, but I was a bit let down that I had to ask the advisor for all the details. Shouldn't that be provided with the product already? I mean, it's 2021, not the dark ages. Despite this small frustration, the trainer is amazing and has definitely improved my pelvic floor issues. It's just a shame I had to go through extra steps to get the info I needed.

I've been a loyal customer for more than ten years, but my latest order was a complete disaster. The service I got was terrible, to say the least. What they said would happen and what actually happened were poles apart. Being a customer for so long, I was hoping for something better, but I was let down big time. I was quite happy with the Kegel exercise gadget I bought, I followed the instructions carefully for 12 weeks. But, to be honest, I didn't really see much of an improvement. So, I thought I'd return it within the 90-day money back guarantee. To my dismay, when I got my money back, they had taken some out to replace a part that had been used but wasn't actually damaged. It hadn't been clearly stated in the guarantee, so I feel like the company tricked me with their return policy.

I bought the Ultra 20 device back in December and I've been using it regularly for more than 4 months, as advised by my physiotherapist. Oh my goodness, I had such a terrible experience with those Kegel exercises! I ended up having to go to the hospital to get it removed because it was stuck 😱 And to top it off, their guarantee is such a rip-off, they claim it's hassle-free but it's actually full of complications. So unfair! I wasted over £100 and a lot of time in A&E, never again! Steer clear of this company at all costs 🤬.
