Large black leather tote bag
I recently bought a big black leather tote bag from this website and I have to say, I am really impressed with the service I got. At first, I had ordered the same bag from a different shop, but after waiting for weeks without my order being sent, I thought I'd give this UK-based site a try. To my surprise, my bag was shipped the very next day and arrived at my door just 2 days later. The delivery was super quick and the bag was totally authentic. I am so happy with my purchase and even more so with the quick delivery which meant I could have my bag in time for my upcoming trip. I can't thank this site enough for their efficiency and authenticity.

It is a good one for me to know that Larizia deals only on quality designer products. That has always helped me in decision making, knowing exactly where to go buy designer goods than spending time buying from a company who hasn't boldly stated or claimed to be dealing on designer products. And of course, I have been buying and using designer bags, shoes and accessories from Larizia without really having a thing to frown at or complain about over poor quality products or customer service. It is truly a good place to shop for different design items and still not get scammed or cheated over price or quality.
Quick delivery, great customer service
This company is amazing! I ordered from them twice and both times I was really impressed with how fast my items arrived. They even upgraded my delivery to next day on one of my orders so I would get everything before a long weekend. The customer service is fantastic, they were really helpful whenever I had any questions. Returning items was so easy, especially as I had ordered different sizes of shoes. Getting my refund was really quick too, much better than other companies. I will definitely be telling all my friends about this company and I'll be shopping with them again for sure!
Coach bag purchase for my birthday
Oh my goodness, I can't believe how cute this bag is that I got for my birthday! I absolutely love it! I placed the order on Wednesday around 5pm, and it was delivered the very next morning at 11am - talk about fast! I didn't even receive a dispatch email, it just turned up out of the blue! The customer service is top-notch too. I had a small problem with the delivery, but Rachel was so lovely and really helped me out. Larizia is just amazing, they always come through for me! The bag itself is just perfect, I adore it even though the delivery process wasn't ideal.
Sale item
Recently, I bought something on sale from this shop and I was really pleased with how fast it was sent out. The item was exactly what I expected and I was really happy with my purchase. When I had a question for customer service, they replied really quickly and fixed the issue straight away. Overall, my time shopping here has been really good and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else.
Small wallet with chain
I bought a small wallet with a chain from this shop not long ago. Sadly, the customs form was filled in wrong by the company, meaning my item got stuck in customs for ages. I've tried contacting customer service a few times now, but I haven't heard back or got any help sorting things out. It's been 25 days since I sent the item back, and I haven't got a refund or heard anything from them.
Luxury purchase in the sale
I recently treated myself to a luxury purchase that was on sale. Unfortunately, the items didn't fit me quite right. But I was really pleased with the top-notch customer service I got when I had to exchange them. The staff were so helpful and really made sure I found the perfect size. Their professionalism really impressed me. The only let-down was that both the first and second pairs of shoes I got had a black scuff mark on the satin, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, I was happy with the service I got at the store.
Trainers exchange
I really didn't want to say it, but I messed up and ordered the wrong size trainers. Luckily, the customer service at this place was amazing and sorted it out for me. They kindly kept the right size aside for me until they got my return, and then swapped them over quickly and easily. Even though I got the trainers on sale, they still treated me really well and were professional. I was really happy with how they dealt with everything and would definitely think about coming back here in the future.

Designer sneakers
My experience with the company was really disappointing. I ordered a pair of designer sneakers, but they cancelled it without telling me anything. It was confusing because the sneakers were still for sale on their website. I emailed them twice to ask why it was cancelled, but they didn't reply at all. It was frustrating and made me feel lost as a customer. Thankfully, I did get my money back, but the lack of communication and customer service left me feeling unhappy. I've shopped with them before and had a good time, but this time has put me off from coming back. It's a shame because I understand that things can go wrong, but talking to customers is important for keeping them happy. Ignoring my messages and keeping me in the dark was really disappointing.
Incorrect item received
I was really let down when I got the wrong item in my order. I sent an email to let the company know about the mistake, but I still haven't heard back or gotten any help to fix it. On top of that, the free returns label on the website didn't work, so I couldn't send the item back to get my money back. It's been really annoying and I'm not happy with how everything has gone down.
Overpriced Victoria Beckham Sky boots
I treated myself to a pair of Victoria Beckham Sky boots, but they turned out to be too small. I had to make the tough decision to fork out a hefty $216 to send them back via DHL. The boots finally arrived at Larizia on October 11th, but it took them a massive 19 days to sort out the return. I was left hanging and worrying about when I would get my money back, and it was really annoying. Just a heads up, their returns system is super slow and not worth the trouble.
Trainers returned, no refund
I bought a pair of trainers from this shop not too long ago, but had to send them back. The Post Office confirmed the return was received, but I still haven't got my refund or any confirmation that they got the shoes back. I've sent lots of emails to customer service, but haven't heard anything back. This lack of communication and slow refund process has really let me down and annoyed me. I'm just waiting for this problem to be sorted out.

Trainers not refunded
I bought some trainers back in December but had to send them back. I still haven't received my refund and it seems like they're ignoring my emails. I have a feeling they might have gone out of business, so just a heads up for you lot!
