High-quality kitchenware with excellent customer service
I've been a loyal customer of this kitchenware brand for years and I've always been really impressed with the top-notch quality of their products. Their items are both durable and high-performing, always surpassing my expectations and definitely worth the investment. I've had to make use of their lifetime warranty twice due to issues with the non-stick coating - once for a manufacturing fault and the other a few years after purchasing. The customer service team were incredibly helpful and quick in replacing both pans, ensuring that I could carry on using their products for years to come. All in all, I'm really impressed with the quality of this brand's kitchenware and the outstanding customer service that comes with it.

Sarah at the Cannock store knew her stuff and told me what to do to sort out my problem. When I got in touch with customer support, they replied quickly and also sent me an email on the same day. Elizabeth, who dealt with my warranty claim by email, was quick in fixing the issue and now I can't wait for my replacement product to arrive. Overall, the customer service was fantastic and I'm happy with how it all turned out. Big thanks to all the staff at Le Creuset for being so professional and helpful.
Query about a wok
I got in touch recently about a wok I've had for ages. I saw some flaking after using it for years, so I reached out to customer service for help. Wedding gift pots and casserole dish
I bought some pots and a casserole dish for a wedding gift, thinking they were good quality because they were pricey and had a lifetime guarantee. But I was really disappointed when the enamel started flaking off the casserole dish not long after. I got in touch with customer service and sent them some photos, but they quickly turned down my claim as the product was made in 1991 and not covered by the lifetime guarantee that only started in 2000. It's a bit misleading to say the products can last for generations when they only last a few years. Maybe it's better to get cheap Chinese pans and pots and replace them every couple of years - they might be more cost-effective and better quality.
Old saucepan replacement
I've been using this really old pot for 42 years now, and some of the ceramic coating started chipping off inside. I rang them up to ask if I could possibly get it re-coated, but no luck there. However, they were kind enough to offer me a great discount on a new one because of my loyalty as a customer. Matthew was really lovely to deal with throughout the whole thing.
