Washing machine purchase
I bought a washing machine from Littlewoods recently, but I've had some problems with it. When I got in touch with their after-sales team, they quickly arranged for an engineer to come and check it out. The engineer found that two parts needed to be swapped out and said they'd be back to fix it by the end of the week. Unfortunately, they didn't turn up as promised. I got in touch with Littlewoods again, and they said they'd follow up with the engineer, but I didn't hear anything after that. I then tried reaching out to their large items department, but I had trouble understanding the person I spoke to. All in all, I'd advise others to be cautious about Littlewoods' aftercare service for big items.
Clothes and other items
Sometimes some of my friends fail to understand why I am fascinated about buying my needs from a departmental store. It has nothing to do with class or status. It is just a tactic used in buying more and paying less. Littlewoods is such a store I find interesting buying personal and family needs from. The truth is that, with the wide range of products in store, by the time I pick different products from different sections or department and adding all together, it gives room for discounts and that is exactly what I have been benefiting from Littlewoods, buying clothes for myself and family, toys, games, gadgets, beddings, furniture, car products and much more. It is definitely a place I would always want to visit.
Outdoor bench purchase
I bought a new outdoor bench recently and I have to say, it's a great bench and was packaged really well. However, there are a couple of things I'd like to point out. Firstly, one of the slats had a bevelled edge that should go at the front of the seat, but this wasn't mentioned in the instructions. Secondly, it's important to fit the metal straps around the bench the right way - they should be put on from the seat area first and evenly spaced. Despite these small problems, the bench was pretty straightforward to put together when done correctly.
Toy purchase gone wrong
I'm absolutely gutted about what went down this time! I was proper excited to receive this awesome new toy I ordered, but when the package turned up, it was a total disaster. The toy inside looked like someone had already had a go with it, and the box was all battered and bruised. It's only the second time I've had an issue with my orders from this place, so I'm crossing my fingers that it's just a one-off blip. I've always been a big fan of shopping here, but this was a huge disappointment.

The delivery for my Sketcher trainers and dress arrived right on time, which was brilliant. The trainers fitted me perfectly and were really comfy. Nevertheless, the items were good quality overall and they matched the pictures on the website.

Well, I decided to try out this online shop for stuff I need at home. Ordering was easy peasy and I found exactly what I wanted with no bother. The stuff turned up quickly and in good nick. The frying pan is strong and is now a fab part of my kitchen, and the simple air fryer is just right for what I need. I'm pleased with what I got and will definitely be coming back here again.

I was really pleased with how fast my order came and how good the service was. Sending something back was easy and didn't cause any bother, which was good. I've been a loyal customer with this company for quite some time now and I've always been pleased with their service. However, my most recent order of blackout curtains on a Friday morning with next day delivery paid for hasn't arrived yet. I'm a bit disappointed as I've always received prompt deliveries from them in the past. I'm hoping they'll reimburse me for the delivery charge since it didn't arrive on time.

I tried out the buy now pay later feature on this online shop not long ago. I've recently bought some clothes from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by their customer service. I've been a loyal customer with them for ages, but when I had some financial problems and needed some help with my payments, they weren't willing to help at all. They wouldn't agree to a smaller monthly payment that I could manage, and instead, they decided to pass on my details to someone else and close my account. That's going to have a bad effect on my credit rating for the next six years. It's pretty disappointing to be treated like this after being such a loyal customer for so long. My advice would be to avoid this company and go elsewhere for your shopping.
Cool clothes
I've bought loads of cool clothes from here and they always arrive really quickly. The website is so easy to use and they even send you notifications when your stuff is on the way. I just love shopping here and I'll definitely be coming back for more awesome clothes.
Large order of clothing
I recently ordered loads of clothes, but sadly, most of them didn't fit me. That was totally my fault because I didn't check the sizes properly. However, I must say that the delivery was super quick and I have no complaints about that at all.
Cooker repair
My experience with this company has been really good so far. I got in touch with them to send an engineer to check out my cooker, and they responded quickly. But I was meant to get a call today to confirm the appointment, which never happened. I'll have to give them a ring again tomorrow to check up on it. It's a bit annoying having to chase them when they said they'd be in touch.
