Art and design works
I used to like art and design works before either for personal use or for someone else. Along the way, I began to lose interest due to lack of good art and design work and accessibility. My late father had quite a number of art and design works too. So invariably I wasn't following the wrong path. Like I said earlier, in my opinion, there was a time when good art and design works weren't available or easily accessible. That led to loss of interest. However, an in-law whom I visited brought back the spirit after he introduced me to London Graphic Centre which is where he bought his art and design works including graphics from. I have since reignited my love for art, design and graphics and London Graphic Centre is the brain behind, meeting all my needs. Amazing works at London Graphic Centre. You can try them.
Acrylic paint purchase
I recently ordered some acrylic paints online and I was really excited to use them for my art projects. The selection of colours was great and my order arrived on time, which was fantastic. However, I had a bit of trouble with the selection process for the acrylic paints. It kept glitching and I had to start over a few times, which was really irritating. Finally, on my third attempt, I managed to select a decent number of colours but I was afraid of losing them again. If I could have bulk selected, I would have ordered more, but that feature wasn't working properly. It was frustrating to add colours one by one and sometimes the quantity would randomly double. It was a real headache!
Watercolor paint purchase
I recently bought a set of watercolour paints from this shop, and I have to say I was really impressed with the service they provided. Before I placed my order, I called the shop with a question and spoke to a lovely lady who was not only very nice and friendly, but also very knowledgeable and efficient in helping me. Her great customer service made me feel valued and gave me confidence in the shop's professionalism. Sketching supplies
I recently picked up some fantastic sketching supplies from the shop and they were really great. I also managed to snag a 10% discount, which was brilliant. The timing couldn't have been better, although the delivery guy was a little irritating. He just left my parcel right in front of my flat door without a word. I live on the first floor and I have a disability, so it was quite a challenge to bring the 6-7 kilo parcel inside. Thankfully, my neighbour was kind enough to give me a hand. Other than that, everything from the store was absolutely top-notch!
Watercolour supplies for beginner
As someone who's recently retired and looking to pick up a new hobby, I didn't know much about watercolour painting. I had a few questions and I have to say the phone service was really good. Oil Pastels
I was really pleased with the oil pastels I ordered - they were just what I was looking for, and they arrived quickly. But, I have to admit I was a bit let down when I opened the package and saw that the oil pastels were loose and had smudged onto each other, staining the acrylic paint that came with the order. I get that they want to reduce packaging waste, but just a layer of newsprint or recycled packaging around the pastels would have avoided this problem.

Art Supplies
The delivery of my art supplies was super quick, but I must say I was really let down by the whole delivery process. They told me I had to be there to get my package, or else they'd give it to a neighbour. The problem is, I don't have any neighbours nearby, so I had no option but to stay home all day just waiting for it. Even though I have a special spot where deliveries can be left safely, they wouldn't use it.

I was completely amazed by the range of coloured pencils and sketchbooks they had at this shop. The prices were really good - a rare thing in this city! Set of presentation boards
I bought some presentation boards from London Graphic Centre not long ago. They were a good price and arrived quickly. Bit of a bummer though, when they turned up, they all had a crease in one corner, meaning there was a couple of inches less space to use. On top of that, every corner was bent. I get that it might have happened during delivery, but reckon they could have been wrapped up better to avoid this problem.
Art supplies
Recently I bought some art supplies from the store and I have to say, it was a bit of a letdown. When my order arrived, I noticed that one of the items I wanted wasn't available. It was pretty frustrating not knowing beforehand that the product wasn't in stock. It kind of made the whole ordering process feel a bit messy. On top of that, the delivery of my order was delayed, so I had to wait longer than I expected. The customer service team did say sorry for the inconvenience and even offered a discount, but it was disappointing to still not have the item I needed. Overall, my experience with the store left me feeling disappointed and unsure about using their services again in the future.
Online customer service, efficient, helpful, painting supplies
I'm not really that arty, and the art supply stores can be a bit much for me, but I was really happy with the online customer service I got. The team were really quick and useful, and made the whole shopping thing dead easy. I'm excited to start painting the beautiful countryside where I live, thanks to the great range of painting supplies they have.
