Clothing items
I recently bought some clothes from this company and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. The quality of the clothes was even better than I thought and the sizes were just right, which is a real bonus when shopping online. The website was straightforward to use, so ordering was a breeze. The customer service was top-notch too. The staff were really helpful and they sorted out any questions or worries I had straight away. And the prices were fair for the quality of the stuff I got.
Excellent customer service
I was really impressed with how well this company communicated and the service they provided. The team made sure my stuff arrived on time, and I was really happy with the quality of everything. Each item I ordered looked just like it did in the pictures, which is always nice when you're shopping online. I'll definitely be coming back to shop with this company again soon.
Beautiful dress, size large
Hey there, take a moment to check this out - this dress is seriously amazing! I'm quite tall at 5'10 and the size large was a perfect fit, skimming the floor just right. The material is top-notch and the design is simply beautiful. I'm really impressed and for sure will be coming back for more.
Stretch material clothing purchase
I got a bit suspicious when I saw that the website didn't have a return policy, and it seems my gut feeling was correct. The products were decent, but not all of them fit me properly. Unfortunately, there was no paperwork or order details in the parcel, so it's been tricky trying to sort out any returns. And to top it off, the whole return system is a real pain - you have to email their customer service team with loads of info, and even then, they might not agree to take the items back.
Ordered dress
I ordered a dress on the 20th of February but haven't received any tracking number or confirmation email by the 2nd of March, even after contacting customer service twice. I'm really disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place. I'll be letting others on social media know not to order from here.
Online clothing
I had a really bad experience with this online clothing shop. First off, when I asked for a refund, they bombarded me with loads of emails trying to persuade me to keep the item and settle for less money back. This unnecessary back-and-forth just made it all take longer and made me really annoyed with their customer service.
Then, the quality of the product was shocking. What I got looked nothing like the picture online, and the material was really heavy and felt more like a blanket. I couldn't believe they were actually selling such a terrible product to people.
And the whole process of returning the item was a nightmare. I had to ask for permission over email, then had to go back and forth in more emails just to confirm that I didn't want to keep it. When I finally sent it back in February, it took until May for me to get my money back. Turns out, the delay was because I hadn't included a tracking number at first, even though they had already got the item. It was only after I got in touch with customer service and gave them the tracking number that I finally got my refund.
All in all, I'm really let down by this retailer and won't be buying from them again.2 items, £149.98
I recently bought a couple of things from this company and paid a total of £149.98. After I checked my account, I saw that the money was taken out, but my order was still pending on their website. So, I got in touch with their customer service, and they said they didn't get any payment from me. But then I got an email confirming my order not long after that. I was puzzled by their response, so I asked for a refund or faster shipping. But they said they didn't have any record of my order or payment, even though I showed them proof from my bank and their site. This dodgy behaviour and confusing communication have made me feel like they've cheated me and left me really frustrated.
Orange dress received pink dress
I ordered this orange dress, you know, but when it arrived it was totally pink! Like, the packaging clearly said orange but the dress inside was definitely pink. I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing that orange dress. It took ages for it to arrive, so I couldn't be bothered to send it back, but I was really gutted about the whole mix-up.
Mystery order
I recently got a surprise order from this place and it turned out to be a total disaster. The tracking details were nowhere to be found and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were not helpful at all, just brushed me off. The way this company operates is so unclear and unprofessional, it's really disappointing. I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy from here.

I can't believe how cheeky this company is, bragging about their '68% 1-star rating'! Who in their right mind would hand over their cash to a business with such a bad reputation? It's obvious that the good reviews are probably fake, written by folks who haven't even got their stuff yet or are just super eager to get something. Such a sneaky move, trying to fool unsuspecting customers with fake praise.
Dress purchase
During all my years of shopping online, I've never actually felt the need to leave a review – until now, that is. My whole experience with this company has been a total let down. Not only did it take ages for my item to arrive, but when it finally did, it was nothing like what I had ordered. I specifically chose a dress with cut-outs and a slit in the middle, but what arrived was a plain, sleeveless dress made of flimsy material. The lack of attention to detail was shocking, and it was pretty clear that what I got was nowhere near what I had actually wanted.

I bought two things from Loragal not long ago, but I've only got one so far after waiting ages. It turns out the other one was stopped by the postal office for having fake postage. I've been trying to get a refund for over a month now, but still nothing. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of buying from them - my experience has been pretty terrible.
Online shopping experience
As I was looking through the website and reading some reviews which seemed a bit fishy, I noticed that a few of the product pictures looked really familiar. So, I decided to do some digging and found out that those images were actually swiped from other well-known boutiques that I've bought stuff from before. Realising this got me wondering about whether the stuff they're selling is legit or not. And seeing those fake reviews just made me even more sceptical and confirmed my doubts that this might be a dodgy scam. It's pretty sad to see a company stoop so low and use dishonest tricks to try and reel in customers.
