Quality trainers
I've recently bought a really great pair of trainers from Loyaltifootwear and I have to say, I'm super impressed with how comfortable and stylish they are. The design is simple, which I really like as I prefer my footwear to be minimalistic. They're not too flashy and you can tell they're made with good quality in every little detail. The prices at Loyaltifootwear are also really fair compared to other stores, so it's definitely a good value for the money. I'm definitely happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be getting more trainers from this brand in the future.
High quality trainers
I was really impressed by the amazing service and top-notch trainers from this company. I was so happy with what I bought and I'll definitely come back again. Plus, the delivery was super quick.
2 pairs of trainers
I bought 2 pairs of trainers, and they arrived quickly in just 2 days. Unfortunately, they were too big for me, so I asked for an exchange. To send them back, I had to pay £9 for delivery. The company got the trainers back on the 8th of May, as per Royal Mail tracking. But ever since then, I've heard nothing from them. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but I haven't had any replies. Their customer service seems to be non-existent, and I don't know what to do next. Now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of trainers that don't fit and £110 down the drain, which is really frustrating.
Failed delivery
I'm afraid the shoes I ordered never turned up, and I tried getting in touch with customer service several times but I didn't get any help. Even the email address they gave me sent me to a different company that couldn't assist me. It was really annoying, to be honest.
Mysterious purchase
What's happening with the shoes? Have they vanished in delivery or what? We need some answers! It's like waiting for a text from an ex who disappeared. Just let us know where the shoes are!
White leather trainers
I bought some white leather trainers that looked nice, but they turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. The insides were made of fake leather which started coming off after just a few wears. Now, whenever I walk around, my socks end up with white bits on them. I only wore them for about 10 hours in total before they fell apart. It was a waste of £60, so I wouldn't recommend buying them!
Cool trainers from this place
Hey, I've bought some really cool trainers from this place a few times now, and each time the service has been brilliant. The delivery is really fast, and the customer service is fantastic! I had a problem with my last pair, but they sorted it out within 24 hours of me emailing them. It's great to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers. Big shoutout to Lucy for being so helpful! I'll definitely be returning for more soon!
New shoes
I bought these new shoes and they looked really cool at first. But as soon as I put them on, the inside just completely fell apart! I mean, I only wore them once and they already broke. What a waste of money. I should have just stuck with my Vans, they never disappoint me. So, yeah, I would suggest avoiding these shoes, guys!
Black trainers with white marks and stitching issues
I bought a pair of black trainers online, hoping they would be comfy and look great. But when they arrived, they were all marked with white spots that wouldn't come off. On top of that, the stitching was really bad which made them look wonky from the front to the back. I wasn't happy with the quality, so I got in touch with customer service to send them back. It was a bit annoying though because I had to pay £4.10 for postage as they didn't include a free returns slip.
Trainers
I was really pleased with the trainers I bought from this company. They were stylish, comfy, and looked well-constructed. The delivery was quick, which was great. But, I did have a bit of a problem as I had to send back two pairs of trainers that were too big. It was a shame that I had to pay for the return postage, it cost me more than £17. Even with that hiccup, I'd be open to shopping with them again in the future because they have such a good range of shoes.
Return not refunded yet
I bought some shoes and returned them in April, but I still haven't received my money back. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but every email I send bounces back. It's so annoying! Now I have to open a dispute with PayPal.
Mislabelled shoe size
I can't believe how bold this company was to wrongly label the size of the shoes I bought. I asked for a size 8, but got sent a size 10 instead. When I got in touch with customer service, they gave me the worst customer service I've ever had. They wouldn't exchange the shoes for the right size and didn't suggest any way to fix their mistake. It's really disgraceful and I definitely would advise avoiding this company completely.
Two trainers, great communication, fast delivery
I was so thrilled with my recent purchase of two trainers from this store. The communication was excellent, and the delivery was really quick. I am so happy with the service I got. The trainers are top-notch quality and just what I wanted. A huge thanks to the team for making my shopping experience so easy. I will definitely be back as a customer!
Trainers fell apart after 3 hours of wear
I got these trainers just 2 days ago and I only had them on for 3 hours yesterday when they totally fell apart. It's ridiculous that I splashed out cash on these and now I've got to haul them back to the shop. I can't wrap my head around the fact that they came from a place you can trust – they've got to be knockoffs. Steer clear of this company at all expenses, it's a total rip-off.
Shoes for school
I can't believe I still haven't received the shoes I ordered for school! I've tried getting in touch with customer service, but my emails keep going to the wrong company. It's all so confusing and annoying. I even tried reaching out to the director, but no luck. I think I'm going to have to ask my bank for a chargeback. Just a heads up for everyone, avoid ordering from this place! It looks like they might not even be around much longer, possibly shutting down soon.
Wrong size shoes
I got these shoes thinking they were my size, but when they came, they were way too big - like two sizes off! Seriously, I asked for a size 8, but they were totally a size 10 labelled as an 8. Not fair, mate.
Trendy trainers, fair price
I recently bought a really cool pair of trainers from this shop and I have to say, I'm really happy with my purchase. The quality of the trainers is top-notch and I was really impressed with how stylish they are. However, when they arrived, they were a bit too big for me. Fortunately, I checked the size guide and swapped them for a size smaller, which fit perfectly. The customer service was great and they made the exchange process really smooth. Also, the delivery time was reasonable and I got my new trainers pretty quickly. All in all, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in search of fashionable and reasonably priced footwear.
suede navy trainers
I got those navy suede trainers because I'd bought from this company before and liked what I got. But when I tried them on this time, the inside of the shoe fell apart completely. I was really let down by how poor the quality and durability turned out to be. I'd suggest steering clear of buying from this company to others.

Bought 2 pairs of trainers they were too big so filled out and exchange and sent back. Was ages ago haven't heard nothing. Can't get through on the email. There's no contact number it's a joke and had to pay £9 to send them back
