happy experience shopping from Ema
Lu and I are expecting our first child together and as first time parents we were so excited and happy. Although, it can be overwhelming and frustrating sometimes but I love the process. We wanted to go shopping for our baby needs but didn't know how to go about it. After much deliberations we decided to shop online with Mamas and Papas. We ordered Moses basket, pram suit, some rompers and a cot. Within 2 weeks it was delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted and the price was affordable. I am satisfied with their products and I will shop with them whenever I need to buy any of the products that they sell. I recommend mamas and papas to anyone who wants to buy quality baby nursery furniture and other baby-related accessories.
Pram and car seat
During my trip to the shop, I was really impressed by how the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. One lady called Gail in particular stood out to me because she was so patient and took the time to answer all of my questions about the pram and car seat I was looking at. She not only gave me all the info I needed, but also let me have a look around without any pressure. Gail made sure I got the items in the style I liked and talked me through the buying process, letting me know about any promotions or discounts available. Overall, it was a great experience at the store and I left feeling really happy with my purchases.
Push chairs purchase
I popped into the store not long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got from the staff. I spent a good while trying out different push chairs and Arbaaz, the staff member who helped me, really knew his stuff about all the different features and specs of each one. He took his time, walking me through the whole selection process and making sure I had all the info I needed to make a smart choice. Thanks to his knowledge, I felt well-informed and totally confident in my final decision. The service was top-notch and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the fantastic customer service I received from the staff at the store I visited. Pram purchase
I went to the store to buy a pram and was greeted by several staff members who were really nice and helpful. They showed me different prams and even took me to see cots. Big shoutout to Jonathan, Phoebe, Emily, Madi, Amy T, and Louise for being so welcoming and friendly. It was great to experience such excellent customer service.
Travel system purchase
I popped into Gallagher store in Birmingham to have a look at travel systems as my mum mentioned wanting to get one for my new baby sibling. Phoebe was the one who helped me out and she was honestly the coolest person ever. She assisted us in choosing the ideal travel system, showed us all the different bits and bobs, and made sure we ended up with the right one. Phoebe was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the items in the shop. Huge thanks to Phoebe!

I popped into the shop the other day to pick up a travel system for my new arrival. The customer service I got was top-notch. The lady, Jo, really knew her stuff and was so helpful and friendly. My mum and I went to this shop and we were really unsure about what to get for my new baby cousin. There was this bloke named Gaurav who was incredibly helpful and explained all about the cotbeds and the next to me thingies. He was really friendly and took his time with us. In the end, we decided to get a cotbed and a bouncer, and we were thrilled with our decision. I popped into the store at Westfield White City for a 'full works' appointment not long ago, where we were assisted by Siddhi Mehta. She was really great at clearing up any questions we had and showing us all the different baby options. Siddhi's friendly and knowledgeable manner made the whole thing both fun and informative. Thanks to her, we feel much more confident about our purchases now.
Expectant couple shopping for baby essentials

We really got a good feeling from her and felt really pleased about buying our pram from her in the end.
Nursery furniture set
I was really let down by my trip to the store. The nursery furniture set I bought was damaged when it arrived, and when I phoned customer service to sort it out, they told me to wait another day for the damaged furniture to be collected. But then they didn't bring the replacement set on the same day, so now I have to wait for a third day for it to arrive. It's been a real hassle and annoyance, especially given the prices they charge. I was hoping for better quality and service considering how much I spent.
