    Who needs online shopping when you have Julia on Oxford Street? I usually can't be bothered to make the trek to a physical store, but I had some time to kill and decided to pop into Mango on Oxford Street for a black leather jacket I had my eye on. And let me just say, I hit the jackpot with Julia. Not only did she help me track down the jacket, but she also threw in a few styling tips that were spot on. Even though the jacket I wanted was out of stock, Julia didn't miss a beat and found a more badass alternative that I ended up leaving with. I've never had such a killer shopping experience in a store before, all thanks to Julia's top-notch customer service. There's no doubt that I'll be back at that store just to hang out with Julia again.

    Online returns process

    The online returns process has become quite annoying since they brought in Rebound. Instead of letting us print our own return labels or giving us preprinted ones, now we have to stand in line at the post office just to print a label. Lots of people are having problems with the QR code not working right, which ends up costing us extra at the post office. I really hope the company will rethink this new system and make it easier for us customers.

    Online orders delivery issue

    I've had a bit of trouble with my recent online orders from this company. I ordered two dresses for a special event, choosing home delivery each time. Unfortunately, the website said they were 'delivered in store' on both occasions, but didn't say where exactly. It's been really inconvenient as I needed the dresses urgently, and now I'm not sure if I'll get them in time for the event.

    I had a pretty rubbish experience with the return process at this store recently. I tried to get in touch through email and their chatbox a couple of times, but the customer service team weren't much help. The language barrier didn't help at all, and when I asked for a phone call, I never got one. Even after I complained, they didn't take me seriously. I kept asking for a returns label, but they never sent me one. When Evri came to pick up the return, they couldn't do it because the label was missing. As a result, I had to wait ages for my refund, which was really annoying. The company needs to up their game when it comes to customer service and returns.

    I ordered this dress online and it arrived really quickly. When I tried it on, it looked lovely but sadly didn't fit me properly. I sent it back and they received it on May 16th, but now it's June 1st and I haven't received my refund yet! They keep telling me it will take even longer. I wouldn't purchase from them again as it seems like they're holding on to my money.

    First of all, I have to say that my experience with this online clothing shop was really disappointing. I ordered some stuff, but when the parcel turned up, it had completely different things than what I chose. This mistake caused me a lot of hassle as I had to go through their difficult returns process. The returns policy was confusing and not helpful at all, and the customer service was terrible. The people I spoke to didn't seem bothered about helping me sort out the problem and gave very little help. By the time I eventually managed to return the wrong items and get the ones I actually wanted, they were no longer in stock. This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be shopping with them again.

    I had a really bad time at this shop. I bought something, but they said it didn't go through their system. Even after I showed them my payment proof, they said I couldn't have my item and assured me a refund. It's been more than a month now and still no sign of my money back.

    I placed an order online on the 12th of May and it was dispatched on the 15th, but it still hasn't arrived in-store. I'm really not happy with the service from this well-known brand, it's been really disappointing. I've decided I won't be ordering online from them again. It's a shame because it looks like the only way to get larger sizes is online, so I won't be shopping in-store either.

    Order delay and lack of communication

    I'm really let down by the company's lack of communication about my order. It's been more than a week now since I made my purchase, and I'm struggling to get through to the customer service team for help. The only email I got was a whole week after I placed my order, telling me that the item was ready to be shipped. But since then, I've heard nothing at all. When I checked out the store's website for reviews, I found out that lots of other customers have been having the same problem for ages. It seems like the brand just isn't bothered about getting better at communicating with us or getting our orders to us on time. I usually shop at another store that's super quick with deliveries and always keeps me in the loop, which really makes me wonder how committed this brand really is to making sure its customers are happy.

    I bought this lovely pink dress online with cute flowers on it, but it arrived late. When I tried to get in touch with customer service using their chat, all they did was say sorry and claim they couldn't help.     Online shopping experience

    I've just had a really disappointing time shopping online. The website was a total mess, with things disappearing from my basket and ending up there twice when I didn't ask for it. And as if that wasn't bad enough, when I went to pay with my credit card, I got kicked back to the homepage without even finishing the purchase, so my basket was empty all over again. It's just not on - they need to sort out their act sharpish and fix these problems.
