Tops and jeans
I thought I'd give the click and collect option a go for my recent purchase of tops and jeans. It was really easy to order online, and I got an email when my stuff was ready for collection. Everything went super smoothly, and I was able to pop into the store and grab my bits without any hassle. I got two tops in different sizes to make sure they fit just right, then I tried them on at home and decided to keep one and send the other back. Returning it was a piece of cake, and I got a refund onto my card pretty quickly. The jeans and top I kept were really good quality, and all in all, I had a really good shopping experience. What's not to like about that, eh? Big thanks for the great service!
Colourful socks
I was really looking forward to getting some new socks - they looked so fun and colourful on the website. But when they turned up, they were a completely different colour! I was really disappointed because I was excited to wear those bright and vibrant socks. The quality was still good, but the wrong colour was a big letdown. It's a shame because everything else about the shopping experience was great. The website was easy to use, and the ordering process was smooth. The delivery was quick, and the packaging was good. The service was friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. The only downside was the socks being the wrong colour, which is why I couldn't give them a perfect rating.

I'm a regular at this store and I've had really good experiences with my purchases. The fact that they have such a wide range of goods all in one place is so handy for me, as I can get everything I need in just one shop. I especially like the selection of women's clothing, nightwear, and lingerie, as well as the home furnishings and luggage options they have. The customer service is top-notch too, the staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I've even used the click and collect service, which was really easy and convenient. Overall, I'm really happy with this store and I'll definitely be coming back for all my clothing and home bits.
Clothing items
I wasn't too sure about ordering from this place at first, but I have to admit, I was really pleasantly surprised. It was so easy to place my order and the items arrived pretty quickly. However, when I tried on the clothes, they didn't fit quite right. Thankfully, I had no problems at all when I returned them at my local store. Jackie at the Merry Hill branch was so helpful and made the whole return process really smooth. Even though the sizes were off to begin with, I will definitely be shopping here again in the future. I had a great experience with this company, from beginning to end. Ordering online was a breeze, really easy to find what I wanted. Checkout was simple, got my order confirmation right away. The delivery was super quick and my item arrived in perfect condition. I'm really happy with everything and will definitely be back to shop here again.
Click and collect purchase
I went and did a click and collect at that shop not long ago and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. My order did come fast, but the customer service and general organisation in the store was seriously lacking. The self-service checkouts were a total mess, with only a couple of people trying to handle all the customers. It was a bit of a madhouse and didn't feel very well-put-together. I reckon they could do with more staff around to give customers a better experience in the store.

I recently bought something from this shop and I was really pleased with how good the prices were and the value for money I got. They kept me updated on my delivery and it actually arrived earlier than they said it would. The website was easy to use and there were loads of options to choose from. One thing I did notice was that items labelled as "medium" seemed to be bigger than I thought they would be, which was a bit of a letdown. Refund and reorder
I messed up my order and had to ask for a refund and order the right items. The girl at the checkout was really helpful and sorted out my refund straight away. Someone else went to see if they had the items I needed in stock. I was really grateful for the quick and helpful service from the staff.

I was really happy with all the choice in the store, they had loads of different colours and sizes so I could find just what I needed. The sales racks were great too, really easy to navigate and find some bargains. The store itself was spotless and looked after, which made for a nice shopping experience. And the staff, especially the women, were super friendly and really helpful.
Recent online purchase
I recently bought something online from that shop and I was really pleased with how quickly it arrived. Normally, I go for click and collect, but this time I needed it faster so I paid for home delivery. Luckily, it got here just in time for my sister's birthday, so I was happy about that. However, I was a bit annoyed to find out I only had 14 days to return it if I needed to. It's a bit frustrating, especially when buying gifts because you have to plan ahead, but ordering too early means you might not be able to return it if it's the wrong size. It's a tricky situation if you ask me.
Customer Service Experience
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. I made a complaint and they asked me to email, which I did regularly for two weeks. But each time I got a reply, it was from a different person and their answers didn't match up. Even though I asked twice for my problem to be passed on to a manager, I still haven't heard anything back. It's so frustrating that they say they want to help, but then ignore customers after weeks of back and forth.
Quick and easy online order
I was really happy with how easy it was to order online, and it was so handy being able to pick up my items locally with plenty of parking. But, I couldn't help but think it would have been faster if the clothes were in the store ready to go rather than having to wait for them to come from a warehouse. Even with this small issue, I'm pretty pleased with the service overall.

I thought the online shopping was pretty easy and handy. But, I'd suggest being sure about what you're after because it can be a bit tricky to locate certain things sometimes. The people in the store were nice and ready to assist, which made the whole experience even better.

I got some stuff online, but some of it went missing in the warehouse. I spoke to customer service, but they couldn't sort it out and told me to buy the missing stuff again. It was really annoying and cost me extra money and time. I had to pay double to get everything. Now I'm waiting to see if I can get a refund for the extra charges.
