Silk blouse and tailored trousers
I recently bought a lovely silk blouse and a pair of tailored trousers from the store and I must say, they are top-notch quality. The workmanship, fabric, and style are just perfect, really living up to the brand's reputation. But what really impressed me was the staff at the store - so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They were a great help and gave me some really good advice on styling options.
The modern silhouettes of the clothes with cool design features like flat pockets and concealed zippers give them a classic yet trendy look. My only little niggle would be the convenience of ordering and returns for those who don't have a store close by. Hopefully, they can work on improving this in the future.

I've got to say, Me & Em has been my go-to brand for years now. I love their range of beautiful clothes, the top quality, and the reasonable prices that always bring me back for more. The only thing is, I do wish they kept their items in stock for a little longer as it can be annoying when something I want is gone after only a few weeks. Living in London, I really recommend using Harper delivery for trying on lots of items at home for a flat fee, it's a total game-changer. My only issue with Me & Em is that their tailored trousers are often too high-waisted for me. The drawstring and elastic ones are fine, but the more formal styles just don't fit me right. Overall though, I'm a massive fan of the brand and I've always had great experiences with their customer service.
Marylebone store experience
I've been a loyal customer for ages and I usually love shopping for clothes from this brand. But my recent trip to the Marylebone store left me feeling pretty let down and disrespected. I was looking for a dress in a different colour that was sold out online, but when I asked a staff member about it, they were really rude and dismissive. It was obvious they weren't bothered about helping me and it just felt like I wasn't wanted there. Even though I've had good experiences with other staff before, this one encounter has made me think twice about shopping in-store again. The lack of customer service and respect for customers just isn't on.
Dress purchase with missing belt
I recently got a really nice dress from this company, but it came without the belt that was in the picture. I saw a later post in a magazine showing the dress styled with a belt, so I contacted customer service to ask about it. I was really pleased with how quickly they got back to me and sent out the missing belt. The service I got was top-notch and I was really impressed by how efficient and professional they were. Slow return process
I've never bought from this company before, and I've had a really frustrating time trying to return an item. It's been nearly three weeks since I started the return, and the tracking says the dress is on its way back to a store in NY. It's taking so long that I might end up getting charged interest on my credit card, which is really disappointing. I thought the return process would be quicker and easier, but this has just left me feeling disappointed.
