Wedges and sneakers
Please stay away from this company, I placed an order with them 3 weeks ago and the I never received the order and they won't take responsibility for this, customer service is abousltly appalling they are rude, and I have lost £200, don't waste your money buy from a company that will help you if this happens just a warning if anyone is thinking about buying online with them, stop and think before you buy, my experience with them as been very expensive!!!!!
2 pairs of boots
Neither fitted. They will not let you return to a local shop or use couriers. Had to be post office. Cost £15.00. Very poor. Customer service appalling. Review will not let you give one star
I couldn’t agree more. I have been a customer for some considerable time. In Feb this year I bought a pair of Corelia rainbow heels. I wore them 4 times when I noticed a small bare patch on the leather. The shoes had been treated very carefully so I could only suppose that this was a fault but Customer Service didn’t want to know . These shoes cost £119.99 so not cheap but it was suggested that if I wanted to buy another pair they would give me a 20% discount!!
