Heart locket with engraving
I recently ordered a heart locket with engraving for my granddaughter, but I made a mistake with the initial I wanted. Instead of a capital "C", I accidentally chose a lower case "c". I was pleasantly surprised when Caroline from customer service noticed my error shortly after I placed the order and contacted me to confirm. The team at this place really pays attention to detail and shows great care, which is rare to find in customer service nowadays. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and this is already my second order from this brand - and I know it won't be my last. My First Diamond Kiss earrings for my 6yr old Granddaughter
I just wanted to share that I recently bought some My First Diamond Kiss earrings for my 6-year-old Granddaughter from this website. It was my first time shopping here and I have to say, I was super impressed with the quality of the earrings. They look absolutely perfect on her and she loves them. The packaging was really lovely, they even included a gift bag and some ribbons which made it feel extra special. Pearl heart necklace for granddaughter's holy communion

I ordered these really cute earrings and necklace, and I was so looking forward to getting them, but then there was a issue with shipping. They couldn't send it out on time, which was disappointing. However, they notified me immediately and even refunded my postage money, which was nice. Despite the hiccup, I still believe they offer excellent service and I would definitely purchase from them again.
Personalised bracelet purchase
I bought a personalised bracelet as a birthday present and it was absolutely gorgeous. The engraving was really nicely done and it gave the piece a special touch. My friend absolutely loved her present and it made me really happy to see her so delighted. There was a little problem with the engraving that needed to be fixed though. I got in touch with the customer service team and they sorted it out really quickly. They sent out a new bracelet within hours, which was really impressive. I was really happy with the great service I got.

Necklace purchase

I recently bought a gift for my daughter's Holy Communion, but it got lost in the post by Royal Mail. Thankfully, Molly Brown was quick to respond and sent a replacement straight away with next day delivery, so we could still give it to her on time. I just bought a gold bangle with my friend's baby girl's name engraved on it, and I've got to tell you, it's stunning. Birth month gemstone bracelet
I bought this bracelet with my daughter's birth month gemstone, but when it arrived, it was all smudged and the gemstone looked really cheap, nothing like the pictures online. The engraving was so light, barely visible. I'm really disappointed because it was meant to be my daughter's first bracelet, and I've found nicer ones for a cheaper price. The only good thing about it was the packaging.
